1. The QNET Raise the Bar to the Max (RTBH2) Incentive Promo is effective from Saturday, 19 October 2013, 00:01 HKST, until Friday, 10 January 2014, 23:59 HKST. 2. The Super Early Bird Period of the RTBH2 Promo will run from Saturday, 19 October 2013, 00:01 HKST until Friday, 15 November 2013, 23:59 HKST. 3. Early Bird Period of the RTBH2 Incentive Promo will run from Saturday, 16 November 2013, 00:01 HKST until Friday, 27 December 2013, 23:59 HKST. 4. Regular Incentive Period of the RTBH2 Incentive Promo will run from Saturday, 28 December 2013, 00:01 HKST until Friday, 10 January 2014, 23:59 HKST. 5. The RTBH2 Incentive Promo is open to all New and Existing IRs under the QInfinite World Plan except those under the GLL Local Plan. IRs who are non-renewed or who were not promoted over to the QInfinite Compensation Plan are not eligible to participate in the RTBH2 Incentive Promo. 6. Enrolled, renewed and qualified IRs must qualify to the RTBH2 Incentive Promo with a minimum of 4,000 BV from at least two (2) New OR Existing Direct Referrals with a minimum of 1,000 BV each. After the prerequisite qualification requirements are fulfilled, all BV generated from NEW and existing Direct Referrals and NEW Retail Sales within the RTBH2 Incentive Promo period will be counted towards the participating IRs RTBH2 BV. 7. New and Existing Unqualified IRs must qualify to the promo with at least 1,000 Personal BV from the Qualify eStore AND 4,000 BV from at least two (2) New OR Existing Direct Referrals with a minimum of 1000 BV each. After the prerequisite qualification requirements are fulfilled, all BV generated from NEW and existing Direct Referrals and NEW Retail Sales within the RTBH2 Incentive Promo period will be counted towards the participating IRs RTBH2 BV. Note that the 1,000 Personal BV will NOT be counted as RTBH2 Promo BV. 8. Only BV that will come from Direct Referrals with at least 1,000 BV will be counted towards the earner IRs RTBH2 BV count.

9. After the prerequisite qualification requirements are fulfilled, BV from Retail Customers will also be counted towards the earner IRs’ RTBH2 BV count. However, please note that BV from Retail Customers will only be counted if it is at least 1,000 BV per one (1) Retail Customer sale. 10. 11. The 1,000 BV minimum qualification requirement per direct referral can be generated by combining two (2) product purchases with 500 BV each. 12. For the Super Early Bird period, QNET will only pay for the highest total of accumulated BV achieved during the Super Early Bird period based on the Super Early Bird Bonus Payout table. Any BV in excess will be carried forward to the Early Bird period or Regular Promo period, whichever is applicable. 13. For the Early Bird period, QNET will only pay for the highest total of accumulated BV achieved during the Early Bird period based on the Early Bird Bonus Payout table. Any BV in excess will be carried forward to the Regular Promo period. 14. For the Regular Promo, QNET will only pay for the highest total of accumulated BV achieved during the Regular promo period plus the BV carried forward from the Early Bird promo. Payout will be based on the Regular Promo Bonus Payout table. Any BV in excess will be NOT be counted towards the RTBH2 incentive promo. 15. Should the Direct Referrals decide to participate in the RTBH2 Incentive Promo, the same prerequisite requirements will be applied. 16. Only BVs that are achieved during the RTBH2 Incentive Promo period will be counted. Incentives will only be awarded to participants who have FULLY achieved the promo requirements. 17. Confirmed Super Early Bird earners should receive their incentives in their Q Accounts two (2) weeks after the END of Super Early Bird Period.

18. Confirmed Early Bird earners should receive their incentives in their Q Accounts two (2) weeks after the END of Early Bird Period. 19. Confirmed Regular Incentive earners should receive their incentives in their Q Accounts two (2) weeks after the END Regular Incentive Period. 20. Change of Referrer or Direct Referrals is not allowed. The new Referrer will be disqualified from the RTBH2 Incentive Promo and any incentives generated therefrom. 21. For the avoidance of doubt, BVs will only be paid once, according to the three (3) bonus payout tables. 22. Only BV generated from NEW and EXISTING Direct Referrals and NEW Retail Sales will be counted towards the earners BV. 23. World Plan IRs who refer New Direct Referrals under any Local Plan (except GLL) will be entitled to get the incentives. New IRs under any local plan (except GLL) who will refer New World Plan Directs are also eligible to participate in the RTBH2 Incentive Promo. 24. Maximum RTBH2 bonus earnings per IR are capped at MYR 11,715. 25. BV of new Direct Referrals as a result of change of placement is NOT allowed. 26. Generating BV from BV transfer and/or rectification of retail purchase BV is NOT allowed. 27. BV earned as a result of duplicating IRships will not be counted for the RTBH2 Incentive Promo. 28. QNET reserves the right to the final interpretation of RTBH2 Incentive Promo Terms & Conditions. 29. QNET reserves the right to change the RTBH2 Incentive Promo Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. 30. Unless defined herein, all capitalised words or expressions used in this Terms & Conditions shall have the same meaning ascribed to them as defined in QNET’s Policies and Procedures.
