Hawthorne Senior Center

The Hawthorne senior Center is located directly behind the Hawthorne Memorial Center at 3901 El Segundo boulevard, Hawthorne. Parking in the rear. Entrance on Prairie Avenue. (310) 349-1650 Hours of operation are Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm .

Senior Center Offerings

■ billiard Room the billiard room is available monday through friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, to a limited number of seniors at a time. must call the senior center to register and make reservations to play 55 minute increments thorough out the week. ■ Computer Room the computer room is available monday through friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, to a limited number of seniors at a time. must call the senior center to register and make reservations to use computer in 55 minute increments throughout the week.

■ lunch Program the lunch program is provided by the torrance ymca each wednesday serving 5 frozen meals, fruit and milk from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. seniors please call torrance ymca at (310)602-4905 to sign up. the meals are distributed by drive–through at the hawthorne senior center from the parking lot. seniors must be on the list in order to receive lunches each wednesday.
