Samuel Cox, noted abolitionist, who lived in the house during the 1850s while serving as Chancellor of Ingham University - the first university for women in the United States, located in LeRoy. Explore the children’s room, the Morganville Pottery room, and the Boarding House room from the 1880s. Look for the “hands-on” signs for children’s activities.
