Business Administration The Bachelor of Business Administration program provides an integral cross-section of skills required to create, conduct and manage a company, business or any other type of organization. Upon graduation, you will be able to evaluate different aspects of a business and determine whether they run smoothly for optimized company performance. With this degree, you will be able to manage any type of company – public, private, non-profit, etc. – and monitor the various departments and job duties so that the company can meet its mission and vision. The academic plan is comprised of a total of 52 subjects. Of these, 45 are focused on business administration, and the other 7 will address your human and individual development. At the end of your studies, you will possess the following skills: organization, strategy development, control, supervision, efficient business management. After completing the first 25 subjects, students receive an intermediate Associate’s Degree. Upon completing 52 subjects, students obtain a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.

ENTRY PROFILE: Applicants must have an entrepreneurial spirit, show interest in the business field, as well as availability to communicate and socialize with people in business. Prospective students must also have the ability to solve problems through quick decision making, as well as provision for individual and team work.
EXIT PROFILE: Graduates with a Rochat Bachelor’s Degree in Administration stand out among their peers, thanks to the integral vision that helps their organization attain its objectives. They use planning tools, organizational direction and control to solve problems in their industry, while responsibly and ethically organizing and managing a private or social organization. They are prepared for areas of general administration, human resources, production, marketing and administrative consulting.
