Qualfon Job Fair!

Let everyone you know that we will be hosting a Job Fair here on June 12th! We are looking for Pre-Licensing Insurance Agents.

Joyce Berkebile- Always kind, considerate, and a good example for others. Her dedication to our program and Qualfon in never ending. She is a joy to work with and brings her high work ethics as a standard for her co-workers to match. We awarded out Management Shining Stars with a beautiful crystal award! Along with them, we have celebrated Carol Haynes! She has been an amazing person to have on the team!
Who doesn't love a good ole cake with the Avengers on it? Happy Birthday to ALL employees celebrating in May! HUGE cake to celebrate Work Anniversary's in the office. Way to go Barry, Raquel, and Bernie! We are so happy you are all on the team! "Matt LaFollette, taking full advantagee of the cake!" "Matt LaFollette, when you work so hard, a small relaxing break is always a plus!" Who says you can't have fun at work? Why not hula hoop while someone holds the hoop for you! We enjoyed a company picnic! The turn out was amazing! (Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, BBQ Chicken, tons of sides and desserts.. even drinks!)

During the Month of May, we made many cards for kids! We send them off to the Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. We also sent a Thank You card and small token of support to the Johnstown Police Department for Law Enforcement Week.

What is Qualfon Plaza? Qualfon Plaza is the NEW Facebook for Qualfon Employees. Somewhere you can go to get up to date information about what is happening in your own site, but in ALL of Qualfon locations as well! Somewhere to communicate within the company. Stairway to a better YOU!

Qualfon pursues a tripartite mission in order to serve our clients, create job opportunities, and develop our collaborators. One of our main purposes is to ensure that every person who is working with Qualfon is able to pursue his/her total vocation. A vocation is the intersection between your talents and the needs of the world. The word "vocation" comes from the Latin word "vocare," which means "calling." As people we find happiness when we work within our calling. This is why Qualfon's Operations, Human Development Team and the Mission Office launched the Stairway to the Best Version of Myself Program (Stairway) The Stairway is a 3-year program that lets our collaborators follow a series of steps to achieve their careet and personal goals. One of the main components of the stairway, is flexible, but rigorous self-development work plan, which is laid out in this club.
