May Newsletter Town Hall Meeting

We continue to work toward strengthening our communications and strive to build a positive work culture. Last week, we invited our employees to join us in the first town hall meeting in Costa Rica site. SD, HR, IT and Mission personnel were present to address questions and doubts. Employees are excited and happy about this new channel of communication.

Employee Satisfaction Survey What is you "Matter with Mike" survey? Qualfon uses a bi-weekly employee survey to make prioritized improvements in the workplace. The survey has opened lines of communication, enabling Qualfon to effectively capture, share, and respond to employee feedback. Called the You Matter with Mike survey, this one-question poll keeps a finger on the pulse of employee satisfaction and routes information from 16,000 employees to the desk of CEO, Mike Marrow. Feedback is then shared across the organization to ensure suggestions are turned into action plans for improvement. Our goal is to reach 3.20 points. If you participate in the survey on a regular basis, y ou will have observed that there are always 4 choices for your response. The most positive response (Strongly Agree) has a score of 4 and the least positive (Strongly disagree) a score of 1.

Anniversary Celebration We celebrated our first employee work anniversary for May and June. It was a great time to celebrate the year that our employees had spent at Qualfon – Dialog Direct. Supervisors, HD Manager, and Site Director were present to recognized and appreciate their employee’s hard work. •

Welcome to the Qualfon-Dialog Direct family!

An onboarding session to Qualfon way was conducted to the new hires from Costa Rica Site. Qualfon Mission, STRIDES and Mission programs were presented to the new employees. They are excited about the new programs and activities to start their new journey.

7 - Vladimir Quiros

We are pleased to introduce Vladimir ("Vlad") Quiros as the new Site Director for our San Jose, Costa Rica operations. Vlad reports directly to Eric Rothert, Vice President of CES Operations, Group 4. Vlad brings 20 years of experience in the BPO industry. He has been involved mostly with pioneering startup programs. As a general trademark, departments under his guidance become highly competitive, efficient, financially healthy and top-ranked. Vlad started his career in the industry as a true pioneer. In 1995 he assisted Acer Information Services to open and run the first call center in Costa Rica. In 2004, Vlad ventured out to support the first call center in El Salvador for Sykes as an Operations Director supporting a wide variety of clients. His contributions led to exponential growth for Sykes in this country as well as a financial success for the business. In 2009, Vlad joined Hewlett Packard ("HP") Costa Rica, one of the biggest and strongest companies in Costa Rica. He helped guide one of the highest technical level departments for HP in the country to well over 1,000 employees under his responsibility covering both Costa Rica and Panama. Vlad has two children and enjoys spending time with his family. Watching and playing basketball is his passion. He also loves spending time outdoors, climbing waterfalls and hunting with his kids. Vlad is an avid chess player, competing with family and friends since the age of 5. We are confident Vlad will bring his track record of success with him to our Qualfon Costa Rica site, helping our business grow and making people's lives better!

Being truly successful as an organization requires high levels of engagement and commitment throughout the organization. We need EVERYBODY to have their head in the game! Join us for session #19 of the QML program to discuss statement #14 in the You Matter With Mike survey. Statement #14 reads: “I believe that the employees of Qualfon at all levels are committed to doing a great job”. Join Group 4 President, Doug Kearney, and his guests as they share best practices on how we as Mission Leaders can not only stay motivated and committed ourselves but can also help those that report to us have a desire to always give their best – to our clients, our teammates and our company.
