QUALFON MISSION OFFICE

LINES OF SERVICE Together with HD, we support ManCom to hold management accountable for bringing the Qualfon mission to life. We work with HD, Corporate, Group, and Operations teams. The Mission office reports to SD and maintains communication with the Chief Mission Officer and Mission Verticals Managers. 1

Dedicate time and care to the permanent reflection of the Qualfon mission, above and beyond.

Ensure that new management candidates understand, support and will promote Qualfon’s mission.

With the HD team, assure any offboarding process is done with dignity in accordance with our STRIDES values.

6 Promote personnel job satisfaction through the “You Matter With Mike” (YMWM) survey.

MO is focused on results and continuous improvement. All Mission Site Annual Plans align with the Site’s core strategic goals. We also prepare a comprehensive annual budget, including resources that support local communities and employee training. Additionally, we track and analyze Mission Index results to propose new initiatives and improvements.

Promote an open and encouraging environment to share in the company’s mission and understand our values, plans, and goals. We ensure that information cascades from top to bottom and bottom to top. • With QU, we develop, implement, and maintain the Qualfon onboarding and continuous learning processes to introduce new employees to the mission, values, and culture. • Maintain open lines of communication for awareness of critical organizational developments. • We listen to our employees and provide periodic feedback to management using YMWM survey. • Organize town-hall meetings and produce communication tools to increase the experience of our consecration and mission. • Maintain social media bearing in mind the Mission of the company.

Promotes an environment where people trust and support each other in a caring family manner. • Caring Cases / Emergency Fund or Benevolent Fund: identify and support employee’s emergency needs according to policies, processes, eligibility guidelines and budget. • Caring Programs and Activities: educate and empower employees to engage in healthy behaviors and lifestyle for their holistic wellness. • Chaplaincy Program: Ensure that each employee receives care, emotional, and spiritual support. The Eight Areas of Chaplaincy Activity: Daily rounds, Care Sessions, Life Plan Sessions, Visitations, Referrals, Interfaith activities, Growth activities, Management support activities • STAIRWAY: integrate STAIRWAY as a comprehensive program that promotes personal and professional growth. • Workplace Integration: a company-wide framework to ensure diversity, equity and respect for all. Promote the 10 traits of the Qualfon Culture. • Spiritual Life Department: enhances understanding between members of different faiths and deepens appreciation for religious diversity.

Promotes an environment for employees to explore and apply their full vocation. • Higher Education in alliance with Rochat School of Business (Switzerland) • Online higher education platform that supports the Qualfon mission by allowing our collaborators to grow personally and professionally.

Transforms Qualfon into an environment full of opportunities to share common hobbies and interests. Fun clubs promote work-life balance and a sense of community.

• Qualfon University Management Development.

• Promote Fun Club activities and oversee Club POCs.

• Implement core training curricula and Learn@Work initiatives such as: Mission Leader Development Program, STRIDES Orientation, Supervisor Certification under Leadership Academy, and OM and Site Director Certification under Advance Leadership Academy.

• Improve engagement activities, aligned with our mission, values, and culture.

• Continuous Improvement Dept. at QU allows collaborators to practice techniques such as 6 Sigma, Lean, and Business Process Reengineering. • Strategic Plan(s) Facilitation.

Involves collaborators beyond their daily work, to support the needs of our communities. • Propose and implement programs to help local communities. • Develop personal social responsibility for community awareness. • Promote opportunities to give back and volunteer with those who need it most. • Join forces with community leaders for impactful relevant programs that can better our lives.
