Step 1: Diagnose
Step 2: Partner
Step 3: Plan
Step 4: Create
Step 5: Evaluate
We start with an in-depth communityled needs analysis in four areas: family, health, education, and employment.
Next, we partner with experts, government agencies, nonprofits, churches and communities to leverage knowledge and abilities.
We focus on sustainability. We accompany communities for 25 years, supporting new generations to realize their full potential.
For sustainability, we train professional guides, recruit volunteers guides, and create committees to oversee each core area.
We regularly monitor, evaluate and adapt our 25-year plan, adjusting it to the changing community needs.
Plan Cuatro Ciénegas 2040 works with the most vulnerable population in Cuatro Ciénegas, a small town in Northern Mexico, to together transform its new generation by 2040
