Our unique partnership with Hospitality Jobs Australia assists both our international and domestic students in securing work and placement.

Greenline offers a range of refrigeration options, ice makers and cool/freezer room. Lastly, Jemi provides stainless steel benches and equipment as well as hot food displays.

At HE2020, we take pride in offering quality kitchen equipment that meets your needs while keeping your budget in mind. We are confident with the quality and reliability of our product range - we offer up to 3 year warranty on parts.

In addition, HE2020 Design, a division of HE2020, now supports the industry with professional design services for hospitality projects. Our team works diligently to ensure that all kitchen, bar, or food production design focus on efficiencies, time in motion, and quality finishes, while complying with all strict regulatory standards (e.g. AS 4674-2004).

A program of this kind requires careful stewardship and committed, strong leadership. Culinary Director Corey Costelloe has been with Rockpool Bar & Grill since the restaurant opened in Sydney in 2009.

The Strathfield Golf Club has undergone a major redevelopment, which saw recognition from a popular Golfing Magazine, as one of the best new clubhouses in the world. FUGGAZZI BDR

Fuggazzi Bar and Dining Room is a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the city, known for its eclectic atmosphere and delectable culinary offerings. As you step through its doors, you are transported into a world where vintage charm meets contemporary elegance.

When it comes to the menu, Fuggazzi prides itself on offering a fusion of flavors that tantalize the taste buds. From mouthwatering appetizers to indulgent main courses, their culinary creations showcase a blend of international influences and locally sourced ingredients.

In 2021, Hotel Indigo opened their doors in the Adelaide CBD, and has since become well known for its vibrant hospitality. The hotel’s Modern Australian restaurant Market & Meander is extremely popular, utilising fresh and local produce.

Hotel Indigo was designed with inspiration from Adelaide in mind, featuring brick archways like those at the Central Market as well as colourful street art inspired by ‘Mad March’.

Each menu can be tailored to suit client needs, with event managers to help discuss and support the decision process. Special opportunities, such as a tiger feed, zoo tour or animal encounter are also offered to enhance the experience for the guests.

QUALITY EVENTS THE PLAYFORD

Recently completing a $22 million dollar upgrade and unveiling of standalone restaurant Luma, the award winning Playford has re-opened. Luma previously won best restaurant in a hotel, serving Modern European cuisine in a fine dining environment.

With amenities such as an indoor pool, fitness centre, private and secure carpark, buffet breakfast and exquisite art nouveau, the Playford is suitable for anyone.
