Employee agree to employed vocation set out plan of interior decoration and furniture. PROJECT AL SWEDY HOTEL, ADDRESS ABU DHABI: SECTOR NO.(E16_02) PLOT NO.(C 94) COUNTRY UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.

Employee agree to work in the interior decoration for construction according to contract as mentioned in no.1. The schedule is as following : 1. Set profile according to the information that employer send to and information about statute of law about project and set foundation outline that reference and comply with design of architecture and all engineering , propose to employer , documents that employee will submit to employer for considering consist of,

- BASEMENT FLOOR (For 1 floor from all 4 floors) Especially for design is LIFT HALL , OFFICE AREA ,TOILET Total area is about 150 square metre

- GROUND FLOOR Especially for design is ENT. LOBBY , SITTING AREA , RECEPTION , LIFT HALL , TOILET Total area is about 337 square metre

Employee use information is approved from foundation design according to 2.1 to final design propose to employer, document that employee propose to employer consent and approved is according to : 1. method consist of all interior decorative 2. properly detail for extending 2.2.1 3. scenery photo according to room and others as properly 4. appraise constriction according to this method 5. others as properly 3.

Continuous interior decorative drawing After employer approved the final drawing, employee would set up the detail of interior decorative continuously with all architecture and engineering not duplicate work , which consist of at least : 3.1. Electrical plan, sanitation, air conditioning system 3.2. Materials ceiling plan, floor, wall 3.3. Set all furniture 3.4. Others that supporting the effective construction , cost saving and speediness. 3.5. For all detail of idealistic SMART HOTEL IS ENERGY MANAGEMENT, LIGHTING CONTROL, SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT.

For all detail After submitting the document according to 2.3, employer will notify the employee to perform all detail of the remainder , which employee is performed to drawing built-in furniture , floating furniture and prepare the complete detail within 90 days from date notified, including the delivery of scenery photoes.

Bidding Employee is co-operated in this bidding as follow : 5.1. Set neutral price budget. 5.2. Prepare document for bid if requested by the employer . 5.3. Advice to verify the price quotation of constructor. 5.4. Prepare contract document in case of employer’s requirement.

6.
Construction Employee is co-operated with construction team according to the intention of design and this contract as follow : 6.1. Inspection the performance of constructor time to time and in necessary case. 6.2. Advice to constructor for neatness construction works. 6.3. More detail is required. 6.4. Verification and approval of design and sample materials that employee proposed. 6.5. Send to co-ordinator for verified checking according to the design twice a month , co-operate with foreman of architecture and engineering in period of perform interior decorative ,not over 6 months.

Hand out Employee will hand out the documents according to 2.3 and 2.4 as blueprint for 5 sets and constitute documents 5 sets to employer. In case of employer’s requirement is more than specified, employee will withdraw the expense in publishing which is according to real.

Lists that not including in the service : 8.1. Design architecture and engineering. 8.2. Survey land or search any data about land or environment of that land. 8.3. Any permission of the government , employee will prepare the documents for submitting the permission by the employer’s expense. 8.4. Construction management. 8.5. Control the construction except in case of co-ordination according to 2.6.5 8.6. The Model (Mock UP). 8.7. Travelling Expense, quarterage and others according to the co-ordination in 2.6.5.
To compensate design service according to above detail, employee would like to offer the rate of vocation service and control charge according to area of interior decorative design for Approximately interior decorative area total 1,700 square metre (Approximately real interior decorative building is total 6,095 square metre)

Total 7,500,000 Baht ( Seven million and five hundred thousand baht only )
! Payment Divided 4 times : !st
1 time 30% After signing the employment contract total 2,250,000 Baht
(Two million two hundred and fifty thousand baht only)

2nd time 30% After finishing the drawing according to 2.2 and employer approved the interior drawings while the decoration is in continuity according to 2.3 total 2,250,000 Baht

3rd time 25% After the interior decorative drawings is in Continuity and completed. total 1,875,000 Baht
( One million eight hundred seventy five thousand baht only)

4th time 15% After completing the drawing details according to 2.4 and delivery the document of construction bidding in interior decoration for selection constructor according to 2.5 . total

1,125,000 Baht
(One million one hundred and twenty five thousand baht only)
4.
After the employer’s approval, in case of new requirement to alter from original, in part of matter , employer agree to pay more to employee according to part of more altering.
5.
Model and detail of model as co-ownership of employee and employer, which use with this project only. The employer and employee have no right to bring model send to the other use with other project, except consent from the parties.

Schedule 6.1 Employee is performed to continuous interior decoration according to 2.3 completely within 30 days after approved by employer according to 2.2. 6.2 Employee is performed drawing completely, neatness all aspects including

to the bidding. Within 60 days from date that approved by employer according to 2.4.

7 Cancellation or Approval the project especially interior decorative design. If employer is intended to withhold or cancel all projects, employee desire to withdraw vocation service in part of performed according to real prior written notification according to performance as follow :

1. Withholding or cancellation after employer’s approval of drawing and employee’s complete delivery of drawing . The employee has rights to withdraw service charge at rate of 40% of all vocation service.
!
2. Withholding or cancellation after hand out according to 2.2 and employer’s notification to employee as written that no construction project as mentioned. Employee will withdraw the service charge at rate of 60% of all vocation service, if employer bring project as mentioned to perform the construction in next time, employee has rights to withdraw vocation service charge of the remainder equally to full time.

In case of employer request the employee to improve model/decoration which deviating from original construction plan/decoration that sent to employer, employee is pleased to perform construction plan immediately after notified from employer as written.

This contract is made duplicately, correspondence statement, the parties are verified that accordance with intention are agreed all aspects, then signature presence to witness and keep for one copy.
