Our company started as a team of two Travel Consultants in 2009, and we are now a team of 10. The travel industry is thriving, and so is our company! Amazing Opportunity #1: QTS Travel Consultant Title: Independent Contractor; Travel Consultant Description: Responsibilities include marketing yourself to find client’s interested in traveling, identify your client’s needs, research product options for your client’s, present recommendations, confirm reservations and manage reservations, post-travel follow-up, manage full sales life-cycle to provide world class customer service. You will be required to market yourself to acquire 100% of your clients. Compensation: 70% - 80% of commission received; Payments are processed after the guests have traveled. Investment Costs: One-Time Set Up Fee: $150. Monthly Administrative Fee: $20. Travel School: Required for anyone with less than 3 years of leisure travel sales experience. (Please see information below on our travel school). Custom QTS Training: Provided – 20+ hours of hands-on training upon completion of travel school; and 25+ hours of selfpaced online travel industry training. Amazing Opportunity # 2: QTS Travel Referral Representative (NO prior sales experience required) Title: Independent Contractor; Travel Referral Representative Description: Responsibilities include: promoting yourself and Quality Travel Solutions to acquire clients interested in traveling, identify your client’s needs, present your client’s and their needs to a QTS Travel Consultant who will then take over the sales life-cycle for that client. Compensation: 15% to 25% of commission received; Payments are processed after the guests have traveled. Investment Costs: One-Time Set Up Fee: $75. Monthly Administrative Fee: $10. Travel School: Not required, but highly encouraged. (Please see information below regarding our travel school). Amazing Opportunity # 3: QTS Group Travel Recruiter (Pied Piper) (NO prior sales experience required) Title: Independent Contractor; Group Travel Recruiter Description: Responsibilities include: seeking out groups of people interested in traveling together (This can include tours, cruises, and other group travel opportunities), identify the groups travel needs, provide information to your QTS Travel Consultant who will then create the travel proposal, present travel information to the group, act as liaison between the group and the QTS Travel Consultant. Compensation: Opportunity to travel Free; Bonus opportunities for repeat business, referral opportunities, and multiple group bookings. Investment Costs: One-Time Set Up Fee: $25. Monthly Administrative Fee: $5. Trip Research Fee: $20 for each potential group (this fee is reimbursed upon reservation confirmation). Quality Travel Solutions Come Learn in our Travel School! Interested in becoming part of the QTS Team? We can help you pass the Travel Agent Proficiency (TAP) Test. Quality Travel Solutions teaches the curriculum and materials designed by The Travel Institute, the leading non-profit Travel Industry education provider that promotes a high standard of industry knowledge and excellence. We provide education so that our students are successful at passing the Travel Agent Proficiency (TAP) Test. We give you the educational foundation to enter the exciting world of travel. Your education journey with QTS includes an in-depth program that is a combination of self-paced and online Skype (or similar program) class learning. All classes are facilitated by Don Capparella, Chief Executive & Founder of Quality Travel Solutions. The length of the program is approximately 40 classroom hours, and 80 hours of independent study time. Class size is limited to eight students. We will be offering two courses in 2017. The first course will take place January to March (class dates outlined below). The second course will take place during the Fall (dates to be determined). For students unable to attend the class dates listed below, we do offer one-on-one classes to suit your schedule (additional cost applies).

Upon successful completion of the Travel School Program, students who have demonstrated industry proficiency by passing the TAP Test, are invited to join the Quality Travel Solutions Team as a Travel Consultant or Travel Referral Representative.
