Detox Issues
While the majority of people do not experience detox symptoms, some people experience detox issues when starting with the terahertz and it is normal. We find many clients that have histamine issues, mast cell activation, and/or auto-immune disorders need to go slow and increase the flow in your detox pathways to help your body. Try to activate these points daily for 1-2 minutes (hot or cold) for at least 4-6 weeks. In TCM they refer to it as the 4 Gates Protocol.

You have two options, go slower by decreasing the time and temperature or push through the symptoms. We assume you want to reduce the symptoms on this page.
1. Please check the quality of water you are charging. We do not want to increase the toxicities.
2. Make sure you are remineralizing your water so your body absorbs the water.
3. Go slow, perhaps spend more time on the basic protocol.
4. Perhaps you need to spend time on your digestive system with the wand to open your detox pathways. Try adding in the protocol listed on this page.
5. Use the cool setting for a shorter period of time. Some people cannot tolerate heat very well.
6. Consider making lifestyle changes to assist your body in receiving the frequencies: increase hydration, move daily, clean and organic diet, remove sugar, remove alcohol, remove pesticides and toxicities, ground in nature daily.

Every person is unique with their own � and their own set of challenges. Everyone reacts differently to Terahertz, therefore everyone will need to figure out the answers to the questions on their own. Some of this will be trial and error. That can be scary for those that like an exact recipe.
Our advice to everyone:
1. Go SLOW at first to see how your body reacts. 2. Do the basic protocol first for at least one week. 3. Add other protocols in slowly. 4. Look for the root cause of issues. 5. Be patient with the process. You did not get to this stage overnight. 6. Set an intention for healing to happen. 7. Enjoy the process and breathe.

Several of you might be afraid of this manual as it is not a cut and dry recipe. Do not be afraid. If you are doing nothing except the basic protocol for a while until you are ready to move on, you will receive benefits. Remember, sometimes you will not have a bolt of lightning response like some people. The shifts may be very subtle until you wake up 6 months later and realize that you have not had a migraine.
