Fractures are not easy to maneuver. We crave stability out of fear. How, then, do we navigate breaks in a productive and healthy way? I propose we learn to embrace the movement of things without fear, and instead find comfort in the fact that ruptures are not only natural but essential to the evolution of self. I will strive to acknowledge these ideas and questions through a flamboyantly playful lense. Like John Waters Wisley says, “...humor is how you change people’s opinion.” “How To Mend A Fracture" will address the difficulties that come with change, and instead propose a whimsical approach to healing something that has split. -Elle Glasse follow me @elle.glasse
