CAMPING The on-site campsite is operated by The Caravan Club. For further information please call 01342 336666. There is a complimentary shuttle service running between the campsite and the show located just outside the Atrium. CAFES/RESTAURANTS There are a number of cafes and restaurants located inside the Show and around the Atrium. CHILDREN’S IDENTIFICATION WRISTBANDS These can be obtained free of charge from the visitor centre, adjacent to Hall 9 in the Atrium. They will assist the security staff in reuniting children with their parents or carers. CLOAKROOMS These are situated at various sites around the Atrium, and there is a charge of £1.00 per item. Cloakrooms open half an hour before the show opens and close half an hour after the show finishes – please note, any items left in the cloakroom after these times will be taken to the security office. Overnight storage is not possible at the NEC.
CRÈCHE A free crèche facility will be open on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st October only, from 10.00am to 6.00pm and places will be available on a first come, first served basis. The crèche is staffed by fully qualified and registered carers and is located adjacent to Hall 8.
MOBILE CHARGING FACILITY A mobile charging station is available opposite Suite 21 – there is a charge for this facility.
DISABLED FACILITIES There are disabled toilet facilities around the atrium and the halls. If you require any assistance, please contact a show steward.
PRESS OFFICE The Show Press Office is located in Organisers Suite 18.1 and 18.2 near to the entrance to Hall 18.
DOGS With the exception of assistance dogs, we kindly ask that dogs are not brought on to the premises. FIRST AID Please contact the Security Control on 0121 767 2222 in the first instance if you require first aid assistance, or notify a show steward. GENERAL CONVENIENCE STORE Martins Newsagents is situated by Halls 6 and 9 and sells a range of confectionary, newspapers, magazines and stationery. LOST PROPERTY/SECURITY For lost property, whilst the show is open please go to the Organisers Office in Hall 19, and out of show hours, please go to the Security Office adjacent to Hall 6. Once the show is over, all lost property is moved to the Piazza office – please call 0121 767 3883 for information. MEETING POINT There is a meeting point at Atrium 2 Main Entrance opposite Hall 8.
ORGANISERS OFFICE The Organisers Office is located in Hall 19 and is open between 8am and 6.30 pm each day.
RAILWAY STATION Birmingham International Railway Station is a tenminute walk away from the show, across the skywalk. However, the organisers have arranged a free shuttle bus service from outside the Atrium.

SHUTTLE SERVICE The NEC operates a free shuttle service between the halls, the car parks and the Railway Station. Shuttle bus stops are located around the main atrium entrances. TAXIS Taxis are available outside entrances to Atrium 1 and 3. TOILETS Toilets are situated at the rear of each hall and around the Atrium – a show steward will be able to direct you to the nearest facility. VISITOR CENTRE The Visitor Centre is located next to Hall 9, and can assist with general business facilities as well as information on the NEC and the surrounding areas. 2012 MOTORHOME & CARAVAN SHOW

BANKS A branch of National Westminster Bank, with a separate cash dispenser and foreign exchange facility is located outside Hall 4 of the NEC. Alternatively, four portable cash dispensers can be found in the Atrium (there is a charge for using these machines).

There can hardly be a better way to greet the arrival of a new range of motorhomes than by giving it awards.
