JULY: Set up Queen’s Email Inform Graduate Program Assistant of Queen’s Email Address Do online pre-registration (Step 1)
AUGUST: Inform Graduate Program Assistant date of arrival Set up meeting with Graduate Program Assistant By August 1, 2010 either (Step 2): o Pay minimum tuition payment (http://www.queensu.ca/registrar/currentstudents/fees/grad/minfw0910grad.h tml) o Send to registrar completed Pre-authorized Payment Plan Form (http://www.queensu.ca/registrar/currentstudents/fees/payment/preauth.html) Starting August 30, 2010 complete Step 3 – register on QCARD
SEPTEMBER: Arrive in Kingston Give banking information (voided cheque and photo copy of SIN card): o School of Graduate Studies – re: Graduate Student Award (done on QCard) o Department – re: Research Assistantship Award Meet with Graduate Program Assistant On September 9th – complete final step for registration (Step 4) pick up student card Meet with supervisor - re: course selection
