Run the Rebuild Utility Data
Step1: Here from the file menu you need to select Utilities and open Rebuild Data.
Step2: Now click OK if you receive a prompt to keep the backup of your company file. In the meantime if you see the message like “QuickBooks is not responding” and mouse cursor is circling means the rebuilding process is still going on. Run the Verify Utility Data Option
Step1: Navigate through File menu and click on Utilities to open Verify Data option.
Step2: Now click on OK tab when you see the QuickBooks detected no problem with your data. You can use your company file or can QuickBooks customer support to verify the same.
Step3: However, if you find there is any issue with your data, you will be prompted to Rebuild Now or click on View Errors. Close this window and you have to perform the reviewing of the QBWIN.log file that is little crucial process.
