WELCOME TO THE 2021 ALL BLACK NATIONAL CONVENTION! You have no idea how much it means to myself, my wife and our team that you took the time to come all the way to Orlando to be with us this year. Being committed to your community can be a lonely struggle and it’s wonderful to know that we have extraordinary teammates like you. This year has been filled with a long list of black epiphanies in every area from politics, to relationships, health, and more. We’ve learned more than ever about where we are, where we need to go, the nature of our opportunities and the structure of our challenges. This is a wonderful time to be black and an even better time to be strategic and intelligent. Also, through the use of decentralized black leadership, we’ve been able to tap into the best and brightest around the world to find ways to take the #B1 community to the next level. At this year’s ABNC, I want you to have fun, connect with others, learn everything you need to know and walk away refreshed. I also want you to know, from the bottom of my heart, that intelligent black people are winning! You and your family will be blessed for many generations to come, largely because you are breaking generational curses and planting seeds for the future. We want to plant those seeds with you. God bless you, thank you and I look forward to seeing you soon. Sincerely,

Dr. Boyce Watkins
