Letters to Mama

Dear’ Ma It is hard for me to gather my words at the moment. But I wish I would have taken advantage of time God gave you to spend with me. When I close my eyes I see your face, I can hear your whispers in the sound of the wind and that I will cherish forever. I will always love you for the way you loved my children. Your memories are in my mind. Love you always & forever! Your oldest child La’faye Ma’ I’m going to miss our talks. I tried to do whatever it was that you needed of me. You spoke it, I stood on it. You always told me to make sure my sisters and brother were okay and that became a full-time job. (LOL) I’m angry that you didn’t choose to continue to fight and it’s selfish of me to feel that way cause I didn’t your pain. I wasn’t ready for you to leave but I understand now that you were ready. Not having you here in the flesh is gonna be hard!!! I’m gonna miss You Sooooo, Much!!! Eugene Dear Mommy, I love you dearly. Out of 40 year of life I would’ve never thought you be the one to leave me (us) first. I love you so much it’s just hurting me writing this. I just wish I can get another 40 years. Your grandkids and your kids will forever remember you always. Love Your Son David Momma, We love you. We miss you. Momma will never a day without thinking about you or love. I am so grateful to God that God chose you to be my mom. Mercy, Morgan and Zoe’s grandmother. Jesus.... the most important thing you’ve taught me. There is power in the name of Jesus. In the name of Jesus, I write this letter to you. If my love could possibly come closer to the love God has for us is shown through Christ Jesus. That just how much I love you. I prayer to see you in the Promise Land. There aren’t enough words and language to help me express how much you mean to us. Eight days down in, what feel like forever to until I see you again. Love Diana The greatness gift you ever give me was introducing me to God! You give me many of things, but nothing compares to God. Because of God, and your Faith in God, and my Faith in God, I know that I know that I know, YOU are resting in a place of peace that the LORD GOD himself have prepared for YOU. In a place that God promise there will be no suffering or pain, streets made of gold and many mansions. I thank God for YOU, Mom. I thank God for every moment we shared together. It is my daily prayer that I become half of the mother you were to me to my own children. I will continue to strive to honor and respect your wishes. I will never depart from the morals and lessons you have taught me. I LOVE YOU, Mom Your Babygirl, Denise
