With the auction on October 13, we put the spotlight on the diversity of International Design.
Half a dozen designs by Charles and Ray Eames will be offered in the fall auction: from the red-colored 'Children's Chair', 1945 (estimate 1.800 - 2.200 €) to the famous Lounge Chair '670' with Ottoman '671', 1956 (estimate 3.000 - 3.500 €). The chapter of US-American design continues with three armchairs by Harry Bertoia. There is a 'Bird chair' with ottoman from 1950 and two 'Diamond chairs' in pop colors, each produced by Knoll International, New York (estimates from 400 €).
