Quick Start Guide Documentation for 7.0 version of plugins is available at QSM 7.0 Documentation (https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/v7/) On this page, you’ll find a guide to the Quiz and Survey Master plugin edited and condensed to one page. This page assumes you’re very familiar with WordPress, plugins, and installation and administration of plugins. If that’s not you, skip this page and start with our overview (https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/creating-quizzes-andsurveys/overview/) of creating quizzes and surveys or the page on the Grading System (https://quizandsurveymaster.com/docs/about-quiz-survey-master/grading-system/).

The following guide will show you how to install the plugin, create a quiz, create questions, set up your results pages, and then add your quiz to your post or page.

INSTALLING THE PLUGIN

1. Click on the “Plugins” option in the admin panel.

2. Click “Add New” at the top and search for Quiz And Survey Master.

3. Once the plugin is installed you should see an option in the admin panel called “Quizzes/Surveys”.

CREATING A QUIZ OR SURVEY

2. At the top of the “Quizzes/Surveys” page click “Add New”.

3. Type the name of your quiz in the window that pops up.

Adding and editing QUESTIONS

2. Find the name of the quiz you have created the top of the “Quizzes/Surveys” page and click “Edit” underneath the name of the quiz.

3. To start adding questions to your quiz scroll down to the “Add New Question” text area. Type in your question.

4. To add new answers to your questions, click on “Add New Answer” button. Add your answer to the field provided. If the question requires more then one answer select “Add New Answer” again. Continue this for all the answers to this question.

5. To continue to enter questions into your quiz press “Add Question” again and repeat the steps in this section.

SETTING UP THE RESULTS PAGES

(https://t6k8i7j6.stackpathcdn.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/05/screenshot_01.png) 1. The Results Pages allow you to set up what the quiz taker sees after they take their quiz. To start editing the Results pages click on the “Results Pages” tab.

2. The first time you visit this page you will see a default Results Page. This can be customized to show different results pages based on the score that the quiz taker makes.

3. To add a new Results Page click on “Add New Results Page”.

4. On the newly created Results Page you can fill in values in the “Score Greater Than Or Equal To” and “Score Less Than Or Equal To” to show specific results pages.

5. The text area to the right can contain any of the variables listed at the top.

ADDING YOUR QUIZ OR SURVEY TO YOUR POST OR PAGE

1. Navigate to the Quizzes menu.

2. Copy the shortcode from the Shortcode column and paste in on the post or page that you would like the quiz or survey to appear.
