TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONDITIONS OF SALE • The Buyer shall be deemed to have read and accepted the Conditions of Sale upon entering an order. • Our offers are always given without prejudice and subject to sale or inventory limits. • Prices and conditions given by our representative upon entering an order shall not be binding upon the Company, the Seller, unless confirmed in writing. • Our sales are final. Goods delivered may only be reimbursed with the Seller’s prior consent, when these goods are defective. PRELIMINARY ORDERS A minimum total booking order of $500.00 is required to keep your account active. 1. DATED ITEMS • Pre-paid freight for orders over $350.00 • Due date: November 30th, 2011 2. ACADEMIC ITEMS AND PERMANENT ITEMS • Pre-paid freight for orders over $350.00 • Due date: September 15th, 2011 RESTOCKING ORDERS • Minimum order of $50.00 • If less: $5.00 handling & administrative fee + transportation fee • Pre-paid freight for all orders over $350.00 • Due date: within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice TERMS OF PAYMENT • All invoices shall be payable upon their due date. • Send cheques to our Montreal office: 1055, Bégin Street St-Laurent, Québec H4R 1V8 PENALTY FOR DEFAULT All outstanding invoice payments shall result in charges of 1% interest per month (12% per annum) on all overdue accounts.
VERY IMPORTANT In the event that our COST is sensitive to lawful increases in the price of raw materials and labour, we reserve the right to review our prices according to sustained increases.

TRANSPORTATION The Buyer shall ensure that boxes are in good condition upon receipt and that the number of boxes, and merchandise received is identical to the number written on the delivery slip and bill of lading. All claims shall be submitted within 5 working days. Claims after this delay will not be processed.
