Villa Design Clint: A Family of six Site: Jinan, Shandong, China This design projrct is the first complete professional curriculum design since we enter university.Through this subject, our architecture design star ts to design for humen.This villa is for a family of six. Including two childrens, two adults and two elders. In this design, I trid to make quiet and noisy areas be isolate with rach other. And for the landscape pool in front of the door , I made a Barrier-free way for elders.

Kindergarten Design Clint: A Kindergarten Site: Jinan, Shandong, China T h i s d e s i g n re q u i re s u s to create a space for children. The l a y o u t s h o u l d b e c l e a r, functional and flexible in use. The architectural image should take into account the characteristics of the area, which is suitable for its character characteristics and lively and novel. And a playground and a trial garden should be arranged in the park.

Clint: A Middle-aged Professor of Design Site: Jinan, Shandong, China T h e V i l l a l o c a te d i n J i n a n , Shandong, China. Jinan is warm and humid in summer and cold and dry in winter. The clint is a middle-aged man, who is a professor of design. He needs a independent office, and the office must includes tea room and chat space.He is fonds of reading, and has many books, so he needs a space to store books. He also has a habit of worshiping ancestors, so he needs a space to placing ancestral memorial table.

And the clint’s wife is a housewife. And the clint’s son is a high school stu de nt, who l oves b a s ke t b a l l a n d i s s t u d i n g piano. So he needs space to s t o re s p o r t i n g g o o d s a n d placing a piano.

The clint prefer both Nordic and Chinese. so in this project, I trid to combine Nordic and Chinese, morden and tradition. Consequently, I take many measures to achive it. Firstly, in the aspect of landscape, I used the traditional Chinese landscaping method BORROW SCENE and ROCKERY to design the yard, and made effort to combine it and de stijl. Secondly, in the interior and furniture aspects, I also combine Chinese BOGUJIA and de stijl.

In the region aspect, a landscape or interior design should match local style. Jinan is famous for spring water and creeks and lakes in the old town. So I considered this point into this project.

The project is an activity center for students.And located in the east side of Shandong University of Art and Design. The function includes the retail,catering，physique training，exhibition,office,conference,theatre，exrecise， social，management. The clint intends to provide a place that inrich students’ life.The site is next to the playground.

In this project,I make carefully pre-studies to identify the two main problems in the form and function. The one is how to match the integral campus plan--radiation shape and how to blend the style of surrounding buildings.Another is how to make different areas be independent. The Structure Expreiment
Thrive - The Structure Expreiment
On this project we studied how to Sculpt Deformer that means how three-dimensional modeling elements are c o m b i n e d i n t o a three-dimensional form of individuality in accordance with certain principles in three-dimensional space. The entire stereoscopic process is a process that is divided into combinations or combined into segments. Any form can be restored to points, lines, and faces, and points, lines, and faces can be combined into any form.
The name of the sculpture is THRIVE. And the idea of it is the bamboo shoot. I use straight and sharp lines to make it feel upward.and that feel usually be associated with growing and thriving things. So that is a symbol of hope and advance.
Defination and Combination of Space
9x9 Box GameDefination and Combination of Space On this project we researched defination and combination by a box game. The space surrounded by the form is the real space, and the other parts are virtual space. The virtual space relies on the real space. They interpenetrate and reveal e a c h o t h e r. A n d w h a t w e should do is to explore the possibility of it.
The shape of the box is created by four stacks of p a p e r. I t p r o d u c e s t h r e e separate spaces. I made the upper and lower space more cosed, and the middle space more open.
