JAQUARD FABRIC The main feature of jaquard is a special weaving of threads which helps to create effective patterns on both sides of the fabric. Jaquard is also known as the royal cloth.

RIBBING FABRIC The fabric Ribbing produced by the company «Textile-Industry» is a cloth obtained as a result of the alternation of the purl and knit which in its texture resembles a small rubber band. Made from raw cotton, the elastic fabric is hygienic,

KASHKORSE FABRIC One of the most common types of knitted fabric, reminiscent of the texture of slipstitch ribbing. We make kashkorse fabric of 100% cotton and can add synthetic fibre if needed. Thanks to its composition and the way we weave threads, kashkorse has many advantages.

INTERLOCK FABRIC Our factory produces an interlock fabric consisting of 100% cotton. It has a pleasant smooth surface on both sides. Its density is 180-220 g / m2, depending on the type of yarn. In the manufacturing of this cloth – two rows of needles are used.

THE SECOND STAGE OF PRODUCTION SEES OUR KNITTED FABRIC ON THE MECHANICAL LOOM, WHICH RUNS UP TO 34 CLASS! The production of knitted fabric takes place in our knitting workshop with an area of 4000 m² equipped with all necessary modern machines (for flat fabric, interlock, mollettone, jacquard, etc.). The knitting shop produces more than 20,000 kg of cloth per day, which is 952 kg per hour! These numbers are achieved through a schedule of three, eight-hour shifts, utilizing fully automated large-scale equipment (100+ circular knitting machines). The production process of meets all modern European and Russian quality standards.
KNITTING MACHINES FROM 22 TO 34 CLASSES ALLOW THE PRODUCTION OF VARIED FABRIC THIKNESS
Most of our products are made from 100% cotton; others are made with different additives (lycra, viscose, melange, etc.). Ultimately, the final composition of the fabric is determined by the customer.

THE THIRD STAGE OF PRODUCTION / SELECTION OF COLOUR AND MATRIX
WE SELECT COLOUR AND CHECK THE QUALITY OF PRODUCT THE THIRD STAGE OF PRODUCTION IS THE SELECTION OF COLOUR AND MATRIX. PRODUCTS ARE QUALITY CHECKED AGAINST THE INTERNATIONAL TPX AND TGX PANTONE CATALOGUE Our laboratory is the heart of our dyeing shop. In the laboratory we check the quality of the fabric and test the stability of the selected colour. After the quality has been confirmed, the fabric is transferred to the dyeing shop with a card showing all the information for the upcoming dye. We keep record of the paint percentage and the program used to dye each sample. Next, the fabric is preliminarily prepared and then dyed on automated machines equipped with a computer system for supplying dyes and chemical ingredients.
Our laboratory creates an individual file for each customter. We allow customers to choose their own colours and patterns.

THE FOURTH STAGE OF PRODUCTION / PAINTING / PROCESSING / PRINTING
WE COLOUR A FABRIC AND PRINT ON IT OUR SOPHISTICATED COMPUTER PROCESSING GUARANTEES NEARPERFECT COLOUR RENDERING We regulate the proportion of dyes and chemicals using automated German equipment controlled by a specialized software package. Our equipment prints up to 12 colours on rolls and up to 5 colours per pack, all with ease and accuracy. Due to computer selection of dyes and high quality equipment the print remains sharp and consistent from one stamp to another, from one batch to another. This allows us to compete successfully both in the domestic market and in the export market.

THE 5TH STAGE OF PRODUCTION / CRABBING / FABRIC RAISING
WE PROCESS A KNITTED FABRIC THE FIFTH STAGE OF PRODUCTION IS COMPRISED OF CRABBING AND FABRIC RAISING. EACH STAGE OF THIS PROCESS IS QUALITY TESTED AGAINST COMPLIANCE CRITERIA THE FABRIC UNDERGOES THE FOLLOWING STAGES: CRABBING - heat treatment with hot water, pressurized steam, and hot dry air fixes the shape of the loops, reduces wrinkling tendencies and shrinkage, and increases the ability of knitwear to more intense dyeing. RAISING - increases the thermal insulation properties, giving the fabric softness and fluffiness. This operation is carried out on raising machines equipped with needle belts. The height of the nap cloth is levelled.
STENTERING AND GLOSSING – this operation finishes the knitted fabric by eliminating the distortions of the loop rows, wrinkles, folds. The fabric is aligned in width and thickness and made smooth. WET-HEAT TREATMENT / IRONING - this gives the fabric the right shape, improving its appearance, fixing the loop structure, and eliminating wrinkles. Products are treated with hot air or steam in presses and steam rooms.

THE 6TH STAGE OF PRODUCTION / WAREHOUSING AND STORAGE
