DESIGN & TESTING PROCESS The objective of this project is to create a chair using 3 materials. The chosen materials in this design were: acrylic, wood and metal bolts. Instead of hiding the connections and joints, I decided to expose them. Including the bolts that connect all the elemets together, the wooden seat is exposed on all sides which gives a ‘floating’ aesthetic.

04 Architectural Drawing DESIGN DESCRIPTION Through observation of precedents, the objective of these studies was to develop a thorough understanding of space in relation to human scale, application to design and techniques to execute concepts.
