his wonderful and delightful shop is the perfect place for people who like to add that special touch to their home. They sell furniture, ornaments, clothing and random old objects, for example a typewriter, film camera picture frame or even a motivational sign. The other great thing is that they don’t have sections for individual items. Some items are placed on furniture so you can see how it looks mixed with other furniture. This is what makes this shop so unique, it isn’t laid out perfectly so it makes the customers look round every single part of the shop. Every single area in the store is utilised very well. It also has many small rooms, leading from other small rooms, the building fits the shop perfectly. Will Matthews, a shop keeper has been with the store since it opened back in October 2010. year olds, and many students. This has changed dramatically since they first opened, considering the most popular age range would be older people visiting. They would say “oh, this takes me back to when I was younger”. As the store includes old pieces as well as new and updated pieces too. As we all might have noticed a vintage/rentro style is slowly creeping back into our lives again. As always the younger generation are always known for their extravagant styles, they like to mix their taste up. Teens are starting to use film and polaroid cameras again. We also found out what the most popular items were to sell. Clothing is the biggest trade they sell, this shop certainly has rooms full of
clothing which we’re sure all age groups admire. When the shop first opened the biggest trade was furniture, which is interesting as there is a varied mix of every single piece of item. Every town needs one of these vintage or shabby chic stores to give customers somewhere to explore and enjoy. The shop has a cafe with food and hot drinks. This
brings a lot of the customers towards the shop as you can almost treat it as an afternoon out somewhere. This vintage style can apply to anybody, any age! There is something there for any age! The shop was populated with families and children, teenagers, students and elderly. So don’t be afraid to visit, get creative and hve fun with the old toys.
