restaurant in the developed world. Why has it joined the ranks of the most popular meal items? It could be the "you made me fat" lawsuits against the food chains - they need to cover their behinds. It could be the apparent tendency among single women to eat salad whenever men are around (a study at a university in Canada actually proved this). Or, it could be as simple as self-preservation: Salads can make us live longer. And better.

Really, it's hard to beat salad for slimming down. Leafy greens are one of the lowest-calorie foods out there -- one cup of romaine lettuce has 10 calories, and spinach has 7. Other raw vegetables are pretty impressive, too: Red peppers, carrots, and cucumbers have 20, 17 and 8 calories per 1/2 cup serving, respectively. If you're aiming for weight loss, a salad can be one of the most satisfying

fiber, which makes you feel full. Some particularly high-fiber salad ingredients include beans, peas, artichoke, broccoli, and apples. Fiber's filling nature is only the beginning, though. It's also one of salads contributor's to general health: Fiber prevents constipation and can lower cholesterol levels for heart health. as you desire. Every person is given a set of tools in the form of beliefs, attitudes, thoughts and emotional patterns. These tools are what you’ve been taught during your childhood or past experiences. Every person on the planet has their own set of tools with which to create your life. I am passionate about helping people to see what’s currently in their toolbox and facilitating them to take out what’s no longer needed and replace it with tools that

use themselves so they will never feel stuck or frustrated again in life. There’s no need for feelings of helplessness, instead feel the benefits of being a powerful woman.

ML: What are some of the keys to inspiring others? CW: Well, I believe that you can’t inspire someone if you firstly can’t inspire yourself. You need to be true to yourself and fully immersed in personal development before you can inspire others. If you are not 100% authentic people can see through this, and your inspirational techniques will fail. Once you are self-aware there are some important keys to inspiring others: Connecting with someone empathetically. Hearing people with openness - listening to their truths that lie under the surface of their discomfort.

ML: Your mission is to “inspire and motivate every person on the planet to live a life they love,” how can you go about accomplishing a goal of this of this magnitude? CW: It does sound as though it’s a big task, and certainly would be if you visualise it as going door knocking across the world inspiring people. But it’s not only myself with this powerful vision for the world. There are many other visionaries such as Eckart Tolle, Anthony Robbins and Oprah Winfrey who also wish the same for everyone on the planet. My task in this is quite simply to follow my own passion in life and radiate this essence in all my coaching sessions and presentations. I’m offering knowledge of how to get unstuck and to create their life as they desire. If people know it’s possible they’ll have hope. If you have hope you’ll start to contemplate the possibilities. Once you’re in the contemplation stage change is possible. Then it’s a matter of steering your life in the direction you want it to go, and that’s where self-awareness if vital.

ML: What is the most common issue that you assist clients with? CW: I’ve had clients come to me for a variety of reasons, but mainly they are women who are experiencing life changes such as a separation, wanting to start a business or change career, to get motivated to complete their studies, who are feeling stuck and frustrated in old patterns and are interested in starting a new life, who want to feel happy in life again, to follow their dreams and goals, and so on. Clients always guide the sessions, and each session is as different as each client. I work with Life Coaching tools such as the GROW model and counselling therapies such
