If you're aiming for weight loss, a salad can be one of the most satisfying

Once you’re in the contemplation stage change is possible. Then it’s a matter of steering your life in the direction you want it to go, and that’s where self-awareness if vital.

ML: What is the most common issue that you assist clients with?

CW: I’ve had clients come to me for a variety of reasons, but mainly they are women who are experiencing life changes such as a separation, wanting to start a business or change career, to get motivated to complete their studies, who are feeling stuck and frustrated in old patterns and are interested in starting a new life, who want to feel happy in life again, to follow their dreams and goals, and so on. Clients always guide the sessions, and each session is as different as each client.
