Global planning process This IPM, we will be taking you through a comprehensive global planning process where we will connect all of our 2014 goals together to align supply and demand and provide key strategic bites, tier-based inputs and GCPs to match your entity’s ambition. In order for this to be the most effective, we require some specific preparation from all entities, so please read through this guide and follow the requests. We expect all entities to come to IPM with a first draft of 2014 goals for all programmes. To help you in this we are holding regional rooms with your Regional Co-ordinators and AI members on Skype on Friday 7th and Monday 10th February between 5PM to 7PM, GMT+1. Please let your RC know if you have additional questions!
