Simply fill out the Business Partner Agreement, then determine how they would like to support the school. Support can come in many different forms with a few examples below:
Donation of school supplies Volunteering through Oasis Hours Donation of snacks, team meal or Gatorades Donation of gift cards or certificates. A need that a teacher, department or team determines. Cash donation specific or for general use What is the 1st step to become a Business Partner for Harmony High School? Complete the Business Partner form and turn into to Tracy Carpenter carpentt@osceola.k12.fl.us The Business Partner form is available on our school website. The partnership needs to be updated each year. Why is it so important to have Business Partners for Harmony High School? A partnership with the community has proven to enhance education and it is part of the school improvement plan. Within our student population, there are many families and parents that want to help they just need to know how. How can teachers, departments and administration help? Many businesses right now provide support to our school that already qualify to be a business partner; however, did not know to fill the form out to make it official. If you can identify businesses like these, either provide them the form out or send an email to Tracy Carpenter with a company name or contact and they will be contacted so they can get recognition for their support. If you can make a wish list of needs we can provide these to business partners that ask how they can help. This wish list can be updated throughout the year. What do Business Partners receive by signing up? Business card information on our school website. Discounted yearbook ad, $25 instead of $50. Can have a booth at Open House Can have a booth at the 9th grade curriculum fair in the Spring. Periodic updates on events and school updates. How is this different than being a sponsor of the Athletic Boosters or Academic Boosters? Each of those sponsorships require a financial commitment or donation when signing up in exchange for various types of advertising banners etc. If businesses participate in these types of sponsorships, this is an automatically added bonus of those sponsorships. It is a great opportunity for companies that are not able to make a financial donation; however, can support the school with other identified needs.
