How do you become the world’s most loved and the most awarded wine brand? You start with a belief that wine should never be taken too seriously, and a conviction that when you follow your heart, there's no limit to how far your vine will grow. At Barefoot, we’ve always marched to the beat of our own grapes. Take our very beginnings in 1965, when California winemaker Davis Bynum first created Barefoot Bynum Burgundy in his garage. The unconventional name referred to – what else? – the free-spirited method of crushing grapes barefoot. From there, we’ve doubled down on making soft, juicy wines at affordable prices. We’ve also put our wine where our heart is: giving back to the local community. From organising hundreds of beach cleanups across the world to being a proud partner of the LGBTQI community for over 30 years, Barefoot proudly displays our “sole” in each and every bottle. Fast forward to today – Barefoot is the world’s largest wine brand. And now? Uniquely Australian. Barefoot Wine is now grown and produced in Australia, and dedicated to making the same, fantastic wine known around the world. And rest assured, Barefoot plan to keep on keepin’ on in supporting local causes our customers love, and making great wine that tastes better in a tee than in a tux. Thanks, and get Barefoot and have a great time!

Made using only natural farming practices and organically grown grapes from the best regions in South Australia, this red is fruity, spicy and very drinkable.
It started with a few entrepreneurs who decided to grow Shiraz on a parcel of land in the Barossa that was considered no good. They changed all that and with a little courage and conviction produced outstanding wines by going against the grain.
