Raphael Meyer who is part of this years Top 25 Bartenders, has just taken over as Bar Manager and has created a cocktail menu with a focus on South East Asian flavours. For those of you who love music, the jukebox will take you on a journey back in time. And you can look forward to a cocktail menu curated by Beckaly Franks, the first female Mixologist to win the 42 Below World Cup. One to watch behind the bar is Ana Souza, she is taking the cocktail scene by storm and is part of this years Top 25 Bartenders.
