Created from a secret 1761 recipe, Bombay Sapphire Gin is a versatile spirit carefully crafted for a complex, layered taste. Bombay Sapphire is made from 10 unique hand-selected botanicals from all corners of the earth including cubeb berries from Java, cassia bark from Indo-China, coriander from Morrocco and grains of paradise from West Africa. It is this combination of exotic botanicals combined with a unique vapour infusion process that creates the balance profile of Bombay Sapphire Gin.

INTRODUCING STAR OF BOMBAY

Produced in small quantities at Laverstoke Mill in Hampshire, England. Star of Bombay begins with the 10 precious botanicals that lie at the heart of Bombay Sapphire Gin, with the addition of dried bergamot orange peel and ambrette seeds. The elegant liquid captured in each bottle is achieved by slowing down the signature vapour infusion process to increase the level of extraction from the botanicals, building richer aromas and more intense flavours. Star of Bombay has been awarded the Spirit Trophy for London Dry Gin, and Outstanding Spirit Gold Medal at the 2016 International Wine and Spirits Competition.
