Tarn Moor’s brief was to create an environmentally sustainable 3 bedroom home that utilises the views. Our client is a climate change scientist and his environmental standpoint has steered the project towards achieving an eco-friendly home. These goals have driven the use of the glulam structure in addition to other environmentally sustainable materials such as demolition waste foundations, limecrete and local flint stone.
A development of 217 luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments in Southend-on-Sea. Victoria Central, a development by Weston Homes, is spread across 14 floors and offers the best of both urban and coastal living. Completed in August 2022 within a timeframe of 143 weeks, the development is now over 95% sold. Having chosen a blend of hybrid technology, the project involved the manufacture and supply of 672 UNIpanels, equating to around 2,453 linear metres.

The Climate Innovation District is Citu’s flagship development located in Leeds City centre. The Climate Innovation District demonstrates that there is a different and better way to live within in our cities. Once complete, the district will consist of 950 homes, workspaces, retail and a multi-generation building. All assembled from our timber frame panel system version 2.0 produced in our manufacturing facility.

Springfield Meadows is a project of 25 zero-carbon homes located in Southmoor, Oxfordshire. Benefitting from diverse shared outdoor spaces and private gardens, it consists of 9 affordable and 16 private houses. They are all beautiful, highperformance homes, which provide comfortable, low-carbon living, thanks to the use of our Biond Building System. All 25 homes are built to the same Passivhaus thermal performance standards.

The latest scheme of a 1000-home major housing contract has been built using a mix of innovative modern methods of construction (MMC) supplied by Nuspan Flooring and Roofspace Solutions. Together, the two solutions have helped to speed up overall delivery of the phase by over 45% compared to traditional methods. With reduced onsite waste, safer construction, and excellent thermal performance, this combination of offsite systems offers a responsible solution for housebuilders.
PSP: MMC ZERO CARBON AFFORDABLE FAMILY HOMES IN KENT

PRIVATE HOUSING PROJECT OF THE YEAR
Inholm phase 1A comprises 43 three-storey volumetric homes. Inholm is the 7th site to deploy shedkm’s modular customisable Town Houses and the first using the improved mark 3 house design. It also represents the first use of semi-detached houses and brick cladding, in response to the established design code for the site.
Whilst retaining the familiar Town House aesthetic, the latest houses have been completely re-designed to reduce both the number of components and weight of the structure by 30%.
