Leading cold roll-forming manufacturers, Hadley Group, will be bringing its expertise in light gauge steel framing solutions to Offsite Expo. Hadley Steel Framing – part of Hadley Group will showcase its HadleyFRAME a pre-panelised system which is used to provide the load bearing structures for education, apartments, hotels, healthcare and student accommodation.
The HadleyFRAME system uses the studs in the same way as load bearing SFS, except they are bolted together offsite to form panels. The incorporation of heavier gauge studs and the bespoke designs allow structures to be constructed up to 11 storeys in height. HadleyFRAME can incorporate steel joisted or concrete floors and pitched, dormer or flat roofs as well as balconies, walkways, cantilevers, insets etc.
Offering a lighter alternative to hot rolled steel or concrete primary frames, this fast track and lightweight steel framing system will significantly improve build programs on site as well as allowing follow on trades to commence sooner. The Hadley Group team has proven experience and track record in understanding complex engineering structures and client’s requirements.
