DEDICATED

ATHLETE As the sun rises on the horizon, so do multitudes of athletes who give every last drop of blood, sweat, and tears to the sports they love. Along with these athletes rise another group, who give everything for their passion. This is a hard working, dedicated lot who go the extra mile to make sure things aren’t just done, they’re done perfectly. They are the employees of Wilson. That is why Wilson is legendary from the Super Bowl to the Final Four, from little league to the majors, on the court, fairway, gridiron, or field.

E

TO THE

Each and every day, Wilson earns the respect of players, coaches, and athletic programs worldwide by not just meeting their needs and expectations, but by exceeding them. Whether it’s continuing to make footballs by hand to ensure tight proper stitching every time, or by innovating new products like moisture wicking basketballs for the best possible grip, or personally molding baseball gloves to player’s hands, our reputation’s built on a century of respect. However, we don’t rely on our past - we use it as inspiration to create the future of sports.

You can’t buy authenticity anymore than you can buy membership in a hall of fame. Since 1914, Wilson Sporting Goods Co. has been tirelessly creating the world’s best equipment and standing behind it. Performance is a given. So too is the fact that each new product has been thoroughly vetted in real game conditions. It’s how we maintain the trust of players, coaches and affiliations, professional and amateur. Few brands have earned this trust. Few brands ever will.

INNOV Who thought the NCAA would retire leather basketballs? Who believed that Major Leaguers would lay down a trusted glove for something new and unknown? Who envisioned a bat with two walls, a racquet made of graphite and Kevlar, or a batting helmet that actually lived up to the moniker one size fits all? Uncovering unmet needs. It’s been our professional protocol for nearly a century.

VATION While Wilson athletes never question their equipment, our engineers do it daily, not because it’s something we want to do, but because it’s part of our fabric, it’s something we have to do. It’s how we maintain our position as the world leader in sporting goods innovation.

Since 1980 we have passionately worked to deliver the smoothest and most natural feeling fitness equipment in the world.

INSPIRING A LIFE IN MOTION We are a global fitness industry leader, committed to innovation and expansion of our market by identifying and meeting user needs. We share our passion for fitness through products and services that inspire users to move toward their goals and beyond.

We bring added brand awareness and value to all the markets we serve by maintaining a strategic focus on key channels, such as:

• FITNESS CLUB  • HOME  • HOSPITALITY  • UNIVERSITY  • GOVERNMENT  • CORPORATE

Move Beyond We believe every product, service, and innovation we bring to the industry should contribute to a total fitness experience — one that delights exercisers and builds our customers’ businesses. In this pursuit we focus on three things: innovative design, excellent member experience, and attentive customer service. Innovative Design When selecting quality equipment, a few things come to mind right away — reliability, ease of use, something solid. Consider the way it works, the way it feels when the body is in motion — smooth, flowing, and precise. Innovative design brings all of these elements together. It sets new standards, and absolutely never forgets that anything new has to work — and work for the long haul. That’s our approach. A combination of innovation and solid engineering. It’s helped us launch more than just new products, but entirely new categories — such as the EFX® Elliptical Crosstrainer and the AMT®. It will continue to guide us as we explore the possibilities of fitness equipment. Excellent Member Experience When exercisers step into a fitness facility, they want to hit their goals and stick with the program that gets them there. The facility’s job is to give them the tools, support,

and overall atmosphere they need to make it happen. So when a facility thinks about equipment, they are also thinking about the user experience it provides — how it can engage members and keep them engaged. That’s why we deeply consider the member’s experience from their perspective — how a combination of products, services, and technologies can add up to something greater that keeps exercisers motivated. We thrive on bringing those elements together so that every member feels like their gym is the gym to get results. Attentive Customer Service Service is a must. So much so, that it demands a clear definition of what “service” really means. For us, it begins with knowledgeable sales reps who focus on our customers’ business needs first. From there, it naturally extends to keeping our customers’ businesses on track with equipment service, repair, parts, warranty, and a good outcome when problems come up — all backed by the right technology and the right people to get the job done. Talk to people in the industry. We deliver on this time and time again. In fact, a 2009 independent survey of U.S. health clubs by the Sporting Goods Marketing Association ranked Precor as #1 in customer service and as the #1 fitness equipment provider overall.

Our values are manifest in our company creed: I desire a life without limits. I believe fitness is key to living the life I desire. I believe in the power of the human spirit. I believe the human body is an amazing thing. I believe tomorrow will be even better. I believe in the importance of doing things right versus simply doing them first. I believe in mutual respect and the overwhelming returns of sharing. I am the heart and soul of Precor.

Our heart and soul is in everything we do.

The resulting deluge of recognition, and mimicry, has cemented our reputation at the pinnacle of the outdoor world.
