Responsible for managing deployment of LinkNYC program where 7,000 public pay telephones with be replaced with free, public high-speed wireless kiosks. LinkNYC is a groundbreaking public utility program and my role in the Deployment group includes expediting the Link construction schedule, planning infrastructure installation, partner and stakeholder management, and driving critical initiatives.

Project Manager, Intersection. New York, NY (2016 – 2017)

Operations Manager, Bandwagon. Brooklyn, NY (2015 – 2016) Responsible for overseeing and managing company-wide operations of company’s ridesharing platform. Developed expansion plans, development paths, and product strategy with CEO. Successful launch of two new locations and development of relationships with several additional markets. Pre-money valuation of $10m.

Strategy Consultant, Deutsche Bahn. Berlin, Germany (2014-2015) Awarded a 14-month research grant and strategy consulting contract with Deutsche Bahn International, Deutsche Bahn Group’s management consulting department. I helped to develop the firm’s marketing strategies as it attempted to gain a foothold in the North American infrastructure market and modernize its mobile and digital presence. Awarded the Alexander von Humboldt German Chancellor Fellowship for Young Leaders.

Product Manager, New York City Department of Transportation. New York, NY (2012—2014) Managed a data-driven mobile consumer technology program for NYCDOT. Delegated tasks to in-house technical staff and offsite contractors, oversaw system design, drafted RFPs and conducted review of qualified respondents, led research team on mobile application developers, and managed advertising, marketing, and recruitment.
