Prerna lebt in einem abgelegenen Dorf in Rajasthan, ihr Leben ist von Traditionen und Pflichten gegenüber ihren Eltern geprägt. Doch als Jessica, eine Werbefachfrau aus London, auftaucht, um mehr über die Kindheit ihres verstorbenen Vaters zu erfahren, erleben Prerna und die anderen Kinder des Ortes ein aufregendes neues Abenteuer, schließlich hat Jessicas langjähriger Freund Erick ein Skateboard im Gepäck. Die Kinder sind ganz vernarrt in diesen Sport, fahren durch das Dorf und bringen alles und jeden durcheinander. Jessica ist fest entschlossen, die Leidenschaft der Kinder zu unterstützen und ihnen einen eigenen Skatepark zu bauen. Prerna muss gegen alle Widerstände ankämpfen, um ihren Träumen zu folgen und an der nationalen Skateboardmeisterschaft teilzunehmen.

Set in a remote village in Rajasthan, India, the film follows Prerna, a local teen living a life bound by tradition and duty to her parents. But when London-bred advertising executive Jessica arrives in the village to learn more about her late father’s childhood, Prerna and the other local children are introduced to an exciting new adventure as her old friend Erick cruises into town on a skateboard. The kids become infatuated with the sport, skating through the village, disrupting everything and everyone around them. Determined to empower and encourage their newfound passion, Jessica sets out on an uphill battle to build the kids their own skatepark, leaving Prerna to fight the odds to follow her dreams and compete in the national championship.
