PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE Following graduation from St. Mary’s School of Law, Nicole worked as a trial lawyer in a firm that focused in school law as well as corporate defense and labor & employment law. She has extensive experience representing school districts in the investigation and litigation of administrative matters including matters before the EEOC. At Ray, Valdez, McChristian & Jeans, her practice involves representing corporate clients in catastrophic loss cases. She also advises primary and excess insurance carriers in first and third party liability claims.
