PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Prior to attending law school, Nicole worked as a litigation paralegal at the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrrison, LLP, in New York City. During her first summer of law school, Nicole was a legal intern for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Texas and with the Honorable Kathleen Cardone, District Judge, U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas. Nicole interned at two small civil litigation firms in El Paso, Texas. While attending law school, Nicole was also a member of the UT Labor and Employment Mock Trial Team, Chief Manuscript Editor of the American Journal of Criminal Law, and a student attorney with the Criminal Defense Clinic.
