Who is Rafael Moreno Valle? Rafael Moreno Valle is a Mexican Politician affiliated with the PAN, a member of the National Action Party and also the Governor of the state of Puebla in the period 2011-2017.
Personal Life Rafael Moreno Valle was born in the city of Puebla on June 30, 1968 and the grandson of General Rafael Moreno Valle who was also governor of Puebla And Secretary Of Health in the six years of Gustavo Diaz Ordaz. He married to Martha Erika Alonso.. He completed his bachelor’s degree in Economics and Political Science from Lycoming college and postgraduation in Business Administration from the Harvard University Extension School. He also served as the Deputy of the LIX Legislature of the Mexican Congress.
Beginnings in Politics ď‚— He start his political career in the age of 23 as part of
the advisory body of the Director of Human Rights Normativity. After one year he joined the team of Meliquaides Morales Flores who was then become the President Of PRI in Puebla. ď‚— In 1993, he work as an advisor to Manuel Aguilera Gomez, a senator of republic and after that regent of the Department of the Federal District. In 1994, he work as general advisor of the election campaign of Melquiades Morales By the Senate.
Banking and Financial Sector He worked in the banking sector from 1996 to 1999. He was the Sub Treasurer Of Corporate Banking For Latin America of the German bank and after some time promoted to the position of Vice President for Latin America In New York City, and occupied this post until 1999.
Public Finance Sector and Federal Deputy In 1999, he served as governor of Puebla, to be the part
of his cabinet as Secretary of Finance and held this position until 2003. He completes in the federal elections of 2003, running for the Viii District of Puebla with head in the municipality of Ciudad Serdan. At that time, he was the President of LIX Legislature of the Honorable Congress of Administration Committee and member of the commissions in Communications and Public Security.

Foreign Affairs Committee, Secretary of the National Defense Commission, and member of the Commissions of trade and Industrial Development, Public Security ď‚— As Senator proposed the General law of Education, in order to standardize initial education with basic education.
Destruction of The House of The Torno On November 7, 2012, Casa del Torno was demolished, a building located in the Artist District of the city of Puebla. The destruction provoked a reaction by researchers of the National Institute of Anthropology and History because the work of the cable car would endanger the state of Cultural Heritage of The Humanity of the Historic Center before UNESCO.
Construction of the Star of Puebla In January 2013, Governor Rafael Moreno Valle
indicated his intention to install a Ferris wheel in the city of Puebla. This Project was named Estrella de Puebla and consist of a wheel of fortune model R80XL, installed in the vicinity of the Angelopolis Shopping Center.. The Star of Puebla was originally located on Paseo Bravo and was also envisioned to be installed at the Chapultepec Children’s Educational Center.

Hacking Team in July 2015, was revealed that the Puebla government had acquired surveillance equipment and used it for political espionage purposes. The government of Puebla was laced with those of Jalisco, Baja California, Tamaulipas, Yucatan, and Campeche as buyers of the Italian company.
