Payment: No cost Center for Behavioral Health Care: 919-­‐776-­‐0303 Services: Counselor and therapist appointments during business hours. Offices: Sanford, Asheboro, Siler City and Pittsboro. Counties: Chatham, Harnett, Lee, Moore, Randolph, and surrounding counties Payment: Accepts major health insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, low/no cost options for those without insurance. OPC Area Program: 1-­‐800-­‐233-­‐6834 (hotline or appointments) Services: Crisis hotline 24 hrs a day + appointments during business hours. Counties: Alamance, Cabarrus, Caswell, Chatham, Davidson, Franklin, Granville Halifax, Orange, Person, Stanly, Union, Vance, Warren, Payment: Calling the hotline is free. Appointments reserved for those with Medicaid or uninsured. Medicare and private insurance not accepted. Sandhills Center: 1-­‐800-­‐256-­‐2452 (hotline or appointments) Services: Crisis hotline 24 hrs a day + appts with local providers during business hrs. Counties: Anson, Harnett, Hoke, Lee, Montgomery, Moore, Randolph and Richmond. (Starting Jan of 2013 should include Guilford). Payment: Calling the hotline is free. Low/no cost options for those with Medicare, Medicaid, and uninsured. Referrals for those with private health insurance also available.
