JIGSAW INCOMPLETE RAGINI LALL
‘Jigsaw Incomplete’ showcases my understandings of a five week intensive introduction to real world concepts like Democracy, Community, Media, Technology, Science etc. Right from day one until now, when I write this, after each session, I would go feeling as though I had discovered a piece of this never ending puzzle, the way the world works and what’s happening around us. Each phenomena, each subject we came across is so interconnected, and since everything is so connected, It’s really hard to realize what aspect of a topic you have completed disregarded, or not even though it has such an important role to play in the holistic situation, and hence, how it’s almost like a never ending puzzle! The holistic situation, being what’s happening here, around us, and That’s a lot! This poses a situation to me, where I feel extremely intimidated yet excited about the endless possibilities to explore all around.

CONFLICT
At the core of everything, lies, the individual, the self- with his/her identity, needs and so, rights. Man is a social animal, and Hence, Group Identityis very important.
Belief MANUSMRITI CODE OF CONDUCT
Group Identity is shaped by the society you live in, what caste you’re from, What class your from, what religion do you believe in? All ‘labels’ attached to these beliefs/cateogaries stem for the Group.
Many a times,Conflict occurs in society due to these varying identities, Which at times may be a choice-less or choiceful identity Another major aspect of Society, is its Culturethe practice of identity the way of being, and hence, talks a lot about the behavior of the Society.

An interesting phenomena is how anything related to humans, gets bounded into the discrepancies of society, how society’s elements manage to seep into almost Everything that takes place on this earth.
