Vegetarian cakes are types like Almond and raisin cake and Vegan cake Cake eggless is a wonderful dish. Ingredients of Vegan cakes are• Unbleached flour- one and one-fourth cups • Wheat flour- one and half cups • Baking powder- 2 tablespoons • Sugar- ¾ cups • Olive oil or rapeseed oil or canola oil- 1/3 cups • Vanilla- 2 tablespoons • Soy milk- 1 cup • Water- ¾ cup • Extract of almond- ¼ teaspoon Procedure of vegetarian cakesOven is preheated to 350F. Pan is prepared of choice (round tins that is two 8 inches). Dry ingredients are combined and nicely whisked. Then wet ingredients are combined. Immediately stir wetness into dryness and then into pan it is poured. Baking for 35 minutes at 350F is done. Then cool it before time of rack turning out. Cakes have jam toppings then with coconut desiccated sprinkle it. Toppings on delicious vegan cake favorite frosting is done and plainly served. Ingredients of Almond and Raisin Cake• Flour- 1 cup • Baking powder- 2 teaspoons • Almond Ground- 1 cup • Raisins or dates chopped- 1 cup (dates must be soaked in some water) • Almond milk- 1 cup • Egg replacer- 1 heaped teaspoon • Maple syrup or agave syrup- 1 tablespoon ProcedureOven is preheated to 375F or 190C. Flour, ground almonds, raisins, baking powder, and egg replacer are placed in bowl and stirred. In bowl separately, mix maple syrup, egg replacer, raisins and milk. Add milk gradually then stir nicely. In oven it is placed. Then bake for time 60 minutes or till knife insertion in middle becomes clean fairly. Cool it ahead of serving it. Cake is cut into slices and with butter it is served. Procedure of cake eggless preparation-


Oven is preheated to 325F. Flour and grease two 9� pans of cake. Sift nicely baking soda, flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking powder in mixing bowl that is large. Mix nicely. Add canola oil. Into hot decoction of coffee add milk, vanilla essence and pureed tofu. With help of electric mixer beat at speed medium for 3 minutes. Tofu is egg substitute in this dish. Batter beating is not recommended. There are small lumps in diluted batter. Therefore there is usage of hand-mixer in order to get rid of lumps. Still batter is thin. Batter is poured into two 9� cake pans. Bake for 30 minutes till tooth pick with insertions into centre becomes clean. Timer is set at 25 minutes. Pans are set at time of 12 minutes. Pan switching means shifting of pan from middle self to bottom self and from bottom to top. This ensures baking evenly of 2 cakes. One takes 25 minutes. Other takes 30 minutes. Allow cooling of cakes eggless before pan removal is done. Time duration in real recipe is 15 minutes. Experimentation can be done by transferring cake after 20 minutes onto rack of wire. So the cake could be little messy. Therefore the other cake was kept in pan for little time duration. After 1 hour pan at bottom had completely cooled. Then it was transferred to wire rack.
