Involved with the Schematic Design and presentation of the project. The main motto of the project was to achieve maximam FSI with the required amount of 3BHK and 4BHK’s.

The house was designed with the principles inspired by the komorebi Compounds comprising of tree, light and escape. The house comprises of a series of bedrooms for a Family of 6 members and also includes a set of formal and informal spaces.The massive residential space was given a modern touch to the aesthetics and allowing natural light and ventilation to the building with articulated open spaces and rational planning.Dealt with Working drawings and Design Development of the project.
