Rail Wellbeing Live is a chance for the whole industry to get together online to focus on our health and wellbeing. Creating a happier, healthier future for everyone. It’s a two-day virtual event where you can ‘pick and mix’ what you want to do and dip in and out when you like. Using our simple interactive virtual platform, you will be able to build your own wellbeing itinerary, picking sessions that are the most relevant and interesting to you. You can get practical tips on things like how to eat well, cope with stress or feel less tired. Interactive classes will include exercises to help with everyday aches and pains. This year there are sessions at 10am on both days, covering topics including nutrition and fatigue. We’ll also discuss topics such as mental health, resilience and posttraumatic stress disorder. And you’ll get great advice from inspiring speakers who’ll share what they’ve learned from their own experiences. They include some famous faces, like Jason Fox from SAS: Who Dares Wins; Rebecca Adlington, Double Gold Olympic Swimmer; Bryony Gordon, author of the book Mad Girl; and Dr Rupy Aujla, the NHS GP behind The Doctor’s Kitchen project. Plus, a chance to learn from leaders and organisations from across the railway family, providing you with new wellbeing ideas and initiatives you can take back to your own company.
