About Design for Retail Experience
The
‘Design for Retail Experience’ (DRE) PG Programme offered at NID R&D Campus, Bangalore commenced in June 2007 in NID R&D Campus with 15 students in the 1st batch. This program was conceived strategically, looking at the booming Retail Industry in India over the last decade. Designing delightful, effective and friendly shopping experience, becoming the market differentiator for many competing brands today, this PG program has been tailored to fit this need. The programme is designed for the candidates from various backgrounds and looks at the retail industry in a holistic manner. Stylistically since Indian retail has been inspired from west, therein lies a challenge to understand the Indian consumer psyche and behavior. The program brings in an understanding of consumer lifestyles and aspirations in order to visualize and create new concepts and design strategies in shopping experience.

Title
Find out existing pain point of jobseeker’s (fresher) and develop new user experience ecosystem for jobseeker’s (Fresher) Goal In present scenario naukri.com generates 90% of its revenue from B2B channel (from recruiter end) and only 10% of revenue is generated from B2C channel (Jobseekers end). Basically the main goal of the project is to find out why jobseekers did not turnup. What are their pain points? Right from searching a job to getting an offer letter from company. The research is mainly focused on Indian jobseeker’s.

Selecting Ux Project Selecting design project with Info edge I chose the project with the brief “jobseekers
fresher as it gave me possibilities to explore and experiment the myriad domains of design and creativity. Also always being immersed in present technology and rooted in traditional skill sets. I wanted to explore areas I have had interests for but never had the time to immerse myself into the details , like the softwares that I have been using to express my creative ideas and thoughts . Future technology was something that interested me for a long time and this was a good opportunity to get into it and explore the myriad possibilities. My education in the design domain for the last 6 years always intrigued me to understand the tools we are constantly working with, whether physical or digital. But the user experience can always be simplified or improved in the future based on the needs by creative as well as non creative people associated with the field of design and creativity. Having been taught the essentials of a good design throughout of our academia and mainly immersed in the core
of physical product design, I felt the need to apply the same to a digital product medium that would allow me to understand the real differences between the user experience of a physical product and a digital product. - Understanding the expectations of job seeker, working and job searching patterns - Opportunities to develop a design from scratch to usability - Visualize the scope of user experience which can increase sustainability of product - Explore design tools for communication and development - Explore design process for existing companies and proposed process inputs - Emotional mapping for jobseeker and employer persona’s which helps to understand user pain points

Design Challenges Subscription fees and advertising are two ways by which the website generates revenue. 90 percent of the revenue earned is from the recruiters (B-2-B). 10 percent of the income sources are from jobseeker services (Business-2-Consumer). Key concerns for the organisation : 1.) Not able to generate revenue from jobseekers 2.) How will jobseekers buy our products because they are currently unemployed? 3.)How will jobseekers find opportunities in other job category through our platform?

Mind Mapping
Mind mapping is an easy way to brainstorm thoughts organically without worrying about order and structure. It allows you to visually structure your ideas to help with analysis and recall.
A mind map is a diagram for representing tasks, words, concepts, or items linked to and arranged around a central concept or subject using a non-linear graphical layout that allows the user to build an intuitive framework around a central concept.

10 Ways to Prepare For Your Job Search A new year always brings resolutions and goals for job seekers. Whether it’s to find a better job or build a stronger online presence, a new year is a great time to set goals for your job search. Throughout last year, U.S. job seekers have become more optimistic about their job search. As the job market continues to improve, job seekers will have to think of new ways to gain a competitive advantage during their search. To help you get a jumpstart on your job search in the new year, here are 10 things you can do that will help you prepare for the new year: 1. Improve your persuasive speaking skills. Regardless of whether or not you work in sales, every job seeker needs strong persuasive speaking skills. By improving your persuasive speaking skills, you’ll be able to write stronger cover letters, perform better during job interviews, and even negotiate a higher salary. 2. Join a club or organization you’re passionate about. While it’s important to focus on professional development, you should also spend time investing in your passions. The more involved you get with organizations you’re passionate about, the more likely you’ll discover career opportunities within your niche. 3. Reconnect with your references. 32 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
As you prepare for your job search, it’s important to keep your references in the loop. Take time to schedule a meeting over the phone or meet with one of your references for coffee. This will give you the opportunity to update them on your current job search and what you hope to accomplish over the upcoming year. 4. Don’t underestimate your traditional resume. The majority of the career advice you’ll read will tell you to create a resume that stands out to employers. Although this is useful advice for people who work in creative industries, it’s important not to neglect your traditional resume. While your traditional resume might seem like a boring document, it will make your accomplishments and skills stand out to employers because you won’t have distracting fonts or colors on your resume. 5. Give your business cards a makeover. Have you been using the same business cards for a year or two now? It might be time to give them a refreshed look. Visit Moo or Minted to create a new business card that reflects your personal yet professional style. 6. Update your professional photos. If you’re still using the same professional headshot you got during your first internship or after graduating from college, it’s a good idea to update your photo. You don’t need a
professional photographer to take them for you. All you need is good lighting and a smartphone or digital camera. 7. Re-organize your portfolio. A lot can happen over the year. As you prepare for your 2015 job search, take inventory of your accomplishments from 2014 and prioritize them. When you attend job interviews, you’ll be able to tell employers about your best accomplishments from the last year.
articles or blog posts you’d like to write about your industry. This content will help you build credibility as a professional and position yourself as an industry thought leader. As you enter the job market in the new year, these are a few of the things to give yourself a boost in the new year. By focusing on new ways to build your professional brand and gain new skills, you’ll discover the best strategies for marketing yourself to employers in the new year.
8. Create a reading list. While you might feel a little busy during the holidays, take time to create a reading list. Picking up a book about leadership, career advice, or professional development can help you improve your skills as a professional. 9. Use the right keywords to market yourself online. Keywords are essential to getting noticed by recruiters, hiring managers, and employers online. When you’re ready to update your LinkedIn headline and bio, professional website, and online portfolio, make sure you’re using specific keywords that describe your professional expertise. 10. Make a list of content to write. Whether you consider yourself a writer or not, it doesn’t hurt to create content that will get your name in front of more employers. Make it a goal for this year to create a list of 33 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
The biggest challenges faced by graduate jobseekers today – what you told us
Lack of opportunities, having to work for free and being labelled too inexperienced are the main issues graduates are facing, according to our reader survey.
fig. 2.1, Challenges faced by freshers
34 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
A survey of Guardian Careers readers revealed a lack of jobs, extended unpaid internships and being dubbed too inexperienced for graduate jobs are the biggest challenges in the graduate job market right now. A quarter of those we polled in our recent graduate survey said being rejected for jobs for not having enough experience was the toughest issue they face as a graduate jobseeker. And sometimes, the feedback from employers can be even more frustrating than that. “I have commercial experience plus a postgraduate [degree] so frequently get told I’m underqualified and overqualified”, said one of the graduates who responded to the question. It won’t come as a surprise to many of our readers who have long bemoaned the prevalence of unpaid internships that long stints of voluntary work in their chosen industry also ranked highly among the challenges graduates are facing. Even when a pay cheque is on offer, it appears the internship system is still viewed as unfair. Another participant said: “The internships in the industry I wish to seek a career are paid, however, they are often taken through family and friends of families that have a parent employed in the industry. Many graduate roles are filled by those who have previously undertaken internships without ever being advertised.” I’m sure this commenter summed up the feelings of many: “If I don’t do a job for free, someone else will.” And when it comes to jobseeking, well, I’m sure you might have guessed that many of our members and readers aren’t finding it a cakewalk, that’s for sure. Around a quarter (23%) of those who took part singled out a lack of jobs and
opportunities as the biggest problem they currently face. Even those in employment are hardly out there enjoying the job of their dreams. Just under half (45%) of those asked told us they’ve taken a stop-gap job because they’ve found it hard to find a graduate role. Still, the majority of surveyed seem to view their degree as a good investment in the future, despite the hostile jobs market they are currently facing. More than 60% of participants either strongly agreed (22%) or agreed (43%) that their degree was “worthwhile” in boosting their career prospects, and around the same percentage (68%) feel their degree topic was relevant to the job they want to do. On a more optimistic note, one respondent told us: “It is understandable that the job market is oversubscribed due to the recession but in the future I hope my degree will enable me to get a graduate position.” There were other findings from the survey that caught our eye, including: • 42% agreeing with the statement: “I am considering taking further qualifications to boost my employability” – 23% strongly agree with this. • 91% either strongly agree or agree employers should offer more trainee roles. • Many also feel that apprenticeship funding should be expanded and open to graduates, with 76% either agreeing or strongly agreeing with this statement. 35 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
Frustrating Job Search? It’s Not You - The System Is Broken Dear Liz, I have changed jobs about every seven years on average. It has never taken me more than three and a half months to find a job before. I’m job-hunting now and this job search is much harder than the others. I’ve been looking full-time for almost eight months. Employers don’t respond to my applications. I have 20 years of experience and a track record of more responsible positions over time and I can’t get to first base. In one case a company sent me an email asking me to complete a long questionnaire and take two online tests. I completed the questionnaire and the tests and I never heard another word. Even after cutting back on my expenses, my cash is running out and my self-esteem is shot. I’m working a part-time job and tending bar at my friend’s restaurant two nights a week. I’ve never seen a job market like this one. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Chris
36 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
fig. 2.1, Job search frustration
37 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
Dear Chris, Yes, the job market is brutal these days, but it’s not because there are no good jobs available. There are tons of good jobs available, but the recruiting process itself is broken. You have been experiencing the brokenness for eight months now! There is a great, invisible wall separating job-seekers and the department managers who need them -- and those hiring managers are nearly as frustrated as you are! It is terrible how the recruiting process has degraded over the past twenty years to become an inefficient, inhuman, expensive and talent-repelling system. I don’t understand why CEOs and their Marketing VPs allow poor recruiting practices to tarnish their company brands. Branding is branding. You don’t get to send one message to the buying public and a different message to the job-seeking public! If Marketing VPs knew how their brands were being trashed by their companies’ miserable recruiting systems, they would be up in arms -- or at least they should be. Some organizations have figured out that a nimble, human and responsive recruiting process is a huge competitive advantage, and you will notice the difference in their recruiting practices the minute you enter their pipeline.
38 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
However, many organizations are way behind the curve. Their job ads are obnoxious. Their application process is tedious and insulting, and when you invest the hours it takes to complete an online job application, the thanks you get is silence. If they do contact you, it’s usually only to tell you to climb over a new and higher pile of broken glass in order to vie for a chance at a live job interview. As a long-time HR person I am ashamed of the shoddy way my HR colleagues treat job-seekers. They say they can’t help it because they have no budget to change things. Nobody gets budget unless they make the compelling case for it. If you cannot make a compelling case for the dollars you need to run your function, how can you be the function head? Why would employers bungle their recruiting processes so badly when their managers are desperate for talented people to fill their teams? It’s because bureaucracy has taken hold. The tail wags the dog. Maintaining an ancient, hidebound recruiting process and its mechanics have become more important than the real business goal of hiring smart people. To get a great job these days, you have to break rules. If you read job ads, read them to find out which companies have pain, but don’t respond to the job ad by completing an application at the company’s website.
39 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
That is a Black Hole where your resume will be shredded into sub-atomic particles and sent down a wormhole to another dimension. Find your hiring manager instead -- the person who will be your boss in your new job -- and write to him or her directly. Compose a Pain Letter just for your hiring manager’s eyes and specific to his or her situation. Staple it to the front of your Human-Voiced Resume and slide both documents into an envelope to send through the mail. Get business cards that promote your consulting business, because you are consultant now. All of us are consultants! When you network -- and that must be a constant activity for you not just during this job search, but throughout your career - give out your consulting business cards. Don’t call yourself or think of yourself as a job-seeker. A job is just a consulting assignment, if you think about it. You are available to work. That’s the important part! Tending bar is a fantastic way to meet people. If your restaurateur friend is okay with it, give out your consulting business cards to folks you strike up conversations with as you’re making their drinks. We are all entrepreneurs now. 40 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
You cannot run your career (or even pay your bills) groveling and begging for employers to consider your qualifications. You cannot wait for months for people to respond to the applications you complete. That is a losing strategy. Take your job search into your own hands and start breaking rules -- and growing your muscles -- right now! Yours, Liz Liz Ryan is CEO/founder of Human Workplace and author of Reinvention Roadmap. Problems Faced by Tier-2 & Tier-3 Colleges in India
Barring a few glaring examples, the majority of tier-2 and tier-3 engineering colleges are in a sorry state of affairs. Inappropriate infrastructure, lack of credible placement cells, and faculty crunch are a few mutual elements across them. Given the deplorable condition, you may be inclined to call engineering the grand old Indian clichĂŠ.
45 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
Indian engineering education landscape is replete with an overwhelming number of institutes producing lakhs of technically skilled professionals, annually. For the academic purpose, these colleges are classified into tier-1, tier-2, and tier-3 categories. If your college complies with the Washington accord, you are more likely studying in a tier-1 institution. For a tier-2 college, an ‘A’ certification from National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) is a requisite. Engineering Colleges failing to meet either of the aforementioned criteria constitute the list of tier-3 engineering institutes. By default, IITs, NITs, and other central government funded colleges come under the tier-1 category while the tier-2 lists accommodate several private and state-funded institutes. Apparently, Tier-1 colleges vis-a-vis Tier-2 and tire-3 ones are elite members in the arrangements. They receive generous grants from the union government, which accounts for their thriving infrastructure, better faculty, and cuttingedge teaching techniques. In addition, recruiters prefer these institutes to diversify their talent pool. Unfortunately, their poorer cousins, the tier-2 and tier-3 colleges that are, are devoid of any such privilege. Let us take a holistic approach into issues that tier-2 and tire-3 colleges suffer from at large. Outdated Teaching Methodology and Curriculum: While the world is increasingly embracing innovative pedagogy techniques, our tier-2 and tire-3 colleges still rely on outdated methodologies, books, and reference materials. Their focus is more on theory rather than practical learning, which accounts for low employability prospects. The student is expected to mug up intricate concepts and reproduce 46 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
them as it is for the exams. Any digression from the standard practice results in low grades. Seemingly, professionals these institutes create deviate from the core concepts of engineering educations like rationality, experimentation, and analytical thinking. In addition, their curriculum falls way short of the established education norms. For instance, our institutes still vouch for obsolete programming languages, including BASIC and FORTRAN. Contrarily, any decent college in the West incorporates currently sought after programming languages like Java, C, C++, Python, and Ruby on Rails to name a few. The situation is no different when it comes to the curriculum taught in core engineering disciplines like mechanical engineering and civil engineering. Inferior Infrastructure: Stating that all tier-2 and tier-3 colleges go cheap on infrastructure is a blanket statement. There are a few venerated institutes, such as, but not restricted to, BITS Pilani, BITS Mesra, IIITM Gwalior, NIT Calicut, LMNIIT Jaipur, and VIT Guindy featuring infrastructure that can rival the best. However, such bright spots are far and few between. The majority of tier-2 and tier-3 campuses paint a dismal picture. They are devoid of even the necessities like clean drinking water, sanitation, lecture halls, and labs. Ill-equipped labs and classrooms, low grade IT setup, and small sized hostel accommodations are hallmarks of colleges with a ‘decent’ infrastructure. The grants these institutes receive are either underutilised and inappropriately utilised or insignificant enough to bring about a noticeable change.
Low Employability: Employability determines enrollment decisions, they say. After all, great career opportunities justify the toil, stress, and pressure that engineering students generally go through all their years in college. While the tier-1 counterparts grab top jobs, and healthy remunerations and benefits, the tier-2 and tier-3 college alumni may not find much favour with recruiters. The possible reasons for such apathy are the inferior quality of education, lack of exposure, negligible focus on facultystudent interaction, and insufficient infrastructure. If a study conducted by ‘Aspiring Minds’, an employability solutions provider, is something to go by, an overwhelming majority of engineers prefer software or core engineering jobs. Only a fraction of them ends up in product and core engineering roles. It implies that the number of engineers employable for challenging profiles is minuscule. Additionally, a significant percentage of tier-2 and tire-3 alumni lack communication abilities and their verbal and written English skills are deplorable. Not many colleges make efforts to bring about a change and hence, students are left to fend for themselves. Moreover, the absence of placement cells in most institutions also restricts students’ placement goals. Faculty Crunch: The biggest issue ailing our technical education system is the faculty crunch. Right from tier-1 to tier-2 and tire-3 colleges, lack of faculty is central to all institutes. However, the issue is more pronounced in the latter category. Herein, the faculty-
student ratio falls way short of the 10:1 requirement. The root cause of the issue is insufficient remunerations that the teaching faculty receives. Seemingly, young postgraduates seek greener pastures elsewhere, particularly in the West. Presently, Indians constitute a significant percentage of teaching faculties in the US and Europe, which substantiates the argument. Moreover, the seasoned teachers are averse to the idea of change. They continue to embrace outdated teaching methodologies and promote rote learning, which deters concept understanding and creative thinking. In such a scenario, we cannot expect to create quality professionals who can take the world by the storm. As well, gaining ranking in the global higher education indexes will remain a distant dream. The situation needs to be addressed at the earnest, else be prepared for the ensuing catastrophe. Insufficient Industrial Exposure: In a field as dynamic as engineering, industry exposure has to complement academic learning. Sadly, our tier-2 and tier3 colleges think otherwise. While tier-1 colleges are fortunate enough to have access to project works, internships and assignments that involve and promote industry experience, the tier 2-and tire-3 students are devoid of it in entirety. Accordingly, we are producing a staggering number of engineers each year who are proficient in the theoretical aspect of engineering but lack industry exposure. Their moment of truth comes when they are about to enter the demanding and dynamic labour markets. 47 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project

Campus Placement A very tiny percentage of institutions get companies on campus to recruit students. Some of the Tier 1 colleges in Tier 1 cities have campus placements. In terms of companies, multi national companies and some percentage of large scale companies go for campus recruitment. These kind of companies need to offer in bulk, have good HR budgets and bandwidth to spend on campus recruitments. Students generally take up jobs that they get through first in the on campus placements As lot of these students don’t have any idea of the kind of work these companies are going to offer them thus leading them to take up job based on very less information.

Total Jobs Market in India
1 Billion
Out of this total jobs market, the fresher jobs market which is for candidates who have 0 to 3 years of experience is around 4000 million dollars. On the other hand, the employeers or recruitment consultants constantly are in need of relevant resumes to fit their job requirements. The current conversion ratio in the industry are extremely low - around 3% to 5% Currently only 40% of company’s HR requirements are fulfilled by the existing web solutions. So there is a big market out there which is currently under-served by the existing solutions

03 Heuristic evalution
64 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project
Heuristic evalution Heuristic evaluation involves having a small set of evaluators examine the interface and judge its compliance with recognized usability principles Heuristic evaluation (Nielsen and Molich, 1990; Nielsen 1994) is a usability engineering method for finding the usability problems in a user interface design so that they can be attended to as part of an iterative design process. Heuristic evaluation involves having a small set of evaluators examine the interface and judge its compliance with recognized usability principles (the “heuristics”)., Ten Heuristic Principles of UX Design 1. Visibility of system status: The system should always keep users informed about what is going on, through appropriate feedback within reasonable time 2. Match between system and the real world: The system should speak the users’ language, with words, phrases and concepts familiar to the user, rather than system-oriented terms. Follow real-world conventions, making information appear in a natural and logical order 3. User control and freedom: Users often choose system functions by mistake and will need a clearly marked “emergency exit” to leave the unwanted state without having to go through an extended dialogue. Support undo and redo . 4. Consistency and standards: Users should not have to wonder whether different words, situations, or actions mean the same thing. Follow platform conventions. 5. Error prevention: Even better than good error messages
is a careful design which prevents a problem from occurring in the first place. Either eliminate error-prone conditions or check for them and present users with a confirmation option before they commit to the action. 6.Recognition rather than recall: Minimize the user’s memory load by making objects, actions, and op- tions visible. The user should not have to remember information from one part of the dialogue to another. Instructions for use of the system should be visible or easily retrievable whenever appropriate. 7.Flexibility and efficiency of use: Accelerators unseen by the novice user may often speed up the interaction for the expert user such that the system can cater to both inexperienced and experienced users. Allow users to tailor frequent actions. 8.Aesthetic and minimalist design: Dialogues should not contain information which is irrelevant or rarely needed. Every extra unit of information in a dialogue competes with the relevant units of information and diminishes their relative visibility. 9.Help users recognize, diagnose, and recover from errors: Error messages should be expressed in plain language (no codes), precisely indicate the problem, and constructively suggest a solution. 10.Help and documentation: Even though it is better if the system can be used without documentation, it may be necessary to provide help and documenta- tion. Any such information should be easy to search, focused on the user’s task, list concrete steps to be carried out, and not be too large. 65 | Raju Kumar | M. A wireframe is a page schematic/blue print that represents the skeletal framework of a site . It is primarily made for the purpose of arranging elements to best accomplish a particular purpose. It typically lacks details and a visual language, for example typography styles, graphics, icons etc. When we begin to make a prototype ,First we need to place a suitable grid. Page layout is an important aspect of web design. A popular approach to designing page layouts is to use a grid system.Grid systems are generally used at the web development or visual design stage of the design process. However, because the purpose of a grid system is to help guide the placement, sizing, order, repetition and alignment of elements, using it for wireframes at the information architecture stage is not only beneficial but necessary for designers to create a consistent and balanced page layout. They can be subdivided into : Low Fidelity Prototypes: It usually has very little content, rather its just a rough sketch of boxes of images and text etc.It is basic line drawing with labels including both hand drawn and digital wireframes High Fidelity Prototypes: These go much further than Low fidelity prototypes using certain design elements, might include the logo, colors, typography, visuals and well rendered representation.

Color for UI This color palette comprises primary and accent colors that can be used for to develop brand colors. They’ve been designed to work harmoniously with each other. The color palette starts with primary colors and fills in the spectrum to create a complete and usable palette for Web
Text on colored backgrounds For white or black text on colored backgrounds, see these tables of color palettes for the appropriate contrast ratios and hex values Other elements
UI color application
Elements like icons and dividers benefit from having a hex value of black or white so that they work on backgrounds of any color.
Selection of colors by choosing three hues from the primary palette and one accent color from the secondary palette.
Accent color
Use opacity for text, icons, and dividers. One can change the opacity of text to convey how important certain information is relative to other text.
Use the accent color for your primary action button and components like switches or sliders. Floating action button using the accent color Switch using the accent color
Transparent black or white text behaves more flexibly than grey text because it remains legible and vibrant against background color changes. Dark text on light backgrounds For dark text on light backgrounds, the most important text has an opacity of 87%. Secondary text, which is lower in the visual hierarchy, has an opacity of 54%. Text hints, like those in text fields and labels, and disabled text have even lower visual prominence with an opacity of 38% White text on dark backgrounds The table values relay relative levels of importance for white text on dark backgrounds. Hint and disabled content Hint and disabled text and icons have an opacity of 38% for dark content on light backgrounds, and an opacity of 30% for white content on dark backgrounds.
Toolbars and status bars Toolbars and larger color blocks should use the 500 color of the primary color of your app. The status bar should be the darker 700 tint of your primary color. Bold use of color in large fields is encouraged. Different elements in the UI can take on different parts of your color theme. Fallback accent colors If your accent color is too light or dark to sufficiently contrast with the background color, use a darker or lighter tint of the accent color instead. If your accent color doesn’t work at all, use the 500 version of your primary color on white backgrounds. If your background color is the 500 version of your primary color, make your accent color either white 100% or black 54%. 125 | Raju Kumar | M. Des |Design for Retail Experience| Graduation Project

Reflections The internship at INFOEDGE (Naukri.com) was one of the best experiences, where I greatly learned about how to proceed forward with a problem considering the stakeholders and limitations and thinking about what users really want and respond to what they do. I was given full freedom to take this project forward however I wanted to and was encouraged to make final decisions on the design after I was given the feedback from my mentors on the progress. The application of theoretical knowledge in the corporate world by modifying some of the learnings which we had done in our college was also an interesting challenge. The company has a great learning environment and fantastic team members which motivated me to give my best on the work done and I would always be grateful to everyone involved in this project with me for their contributions towards the development of the newly redesigned tool.
