We're not just acquiring first-time customers or winning back the "gonta-ganti nomor" crowd; we're creating a digital community where passion fuels loyalty and authentic interactions that Spark a long lasting connections.
Key points that i will do to this activity JKT48 takes center stage: Our beloved idols will not only showcase exciting products & deals, but also host fun challenges, share personal stories, and engage in real-time conversations with fans. This authentic interaction builds trust and emotional resonance, making fans feel like valued members of the smartfren community. More than just deals: We're offering experiences. Fans can win personalized merchandise from their favorite members and exclusive phone numbers. The output: Based on the existing plan, We created a TikTok filter that is engaging and fun to use. This filter uses roasting sounds to show what kind of friend you are. In Indonesia, the highest form of friendship is when you can tease each other without feeling hurt. That's where I try to convey the "friend" persona in this campaign. In this campaign, I also created a prototype, copywriting direction, and visual direction so that the campaign is still in line with the previous large campaign.
Smartfren's Creative Campaign to Drive Awareness and User Participation and Promoted a new product on TikTok, Smartfren launched a hashtag challenge as part of their rollout campaign. The challenge required a creative and engaging solution to attract users and generate interest in their products and services.
The insight that i found: Encourage user-generated content (UGC): Design your filter to be interactive and fun, prompting users to share their creative interpretations. Run challenges or contests with relevant hashtags to stimulate engagement. Leverage local trends and memes: Understand local humor, slang, and current events to create relatable content.
