NEOPRENE DIPPED SAFETY FOOTWEAR The engineering and construction of Servus® dipped neoprene work boots are highly specialized. Boots begin with hand laid natural rubber to ensure flexibility and strength at critical stress points. The boots are then triple-dipped in neoprene to create a seamless, liquid-tight boot. The outsole, foxing and top binding are added and the entire boot is vulcanized to heat-seal the boot together for a 100% seamless waterproof boot.

THE “V-WAVE” SOLING TECHNOLOGY
Neo-Grip™ is engineered to act as suction cups to improve slip resistance and provide confidence while walking on wet surfaces.
The “V” pattern features a self-cleaning, wide-pattern tread with open side wall channels to allow liquids and debris to be “squee-geed” out with each step.
Neo-Grip™ outsoles are not recommended on surfaces with debris that can build up, clog the tread and cause slipping hazards.

With NSP Triple Density TechnologyÂŽ, it is possible to mold three compounds in one boot. Normally, two compounds are used to make the parts of the outsole both durable and slip resistant in specific organic or inorganic substances. The third compound is used to mold job-specific boot uppers for use in harsh environments such as laughterhouses, agri-industrial fertilizers and chemicals, petrochemicals, dairy and poultry processing, commercial fishing and processing, breweries, and other specific applications. Note the recommended job applications for Triple Density Footwear throughout this catalog. In these applications, the footwear ratings will be even better than the ratings for ordinary PVC as shown in this Chemical Resistance Chart.
