Problem Statement | Design Challenge Problem Statement MBO goals represent embedded company values transformed into actionable items. “Fuzziness� is introduced during the process of embedding and transformation. Currently the employee cannot envision the distance between his or her MBO goal and the Value it represents. Without envisioning, no sharpening is possible. The goal loses focus and potency. The impact on the organization is exponential

Design Challenge Can we envision the distance between and employees goal (arrow) and the transformation value (target) in a manner that empowers self-alignment ?
