ACREAGE
• 297± deeded acres
Los Cielos’s entire north side property line borders New Mexico state land. The eastern property line is adjacent to the Hidden Lake subdivision, deed restricted to ten-acre minimums, with several highend homes. The west boundary is Colfax County Road B-38, a dead-end road. The southerly boundary borders a few acreages in the 35+ acre range. A small creek runs through the south end of Los Cielos and feeds two small ponds. The southern 110+ acres have been placed in a Conservation Easement, but the balance of the land is unencumbered except for two small Hidden Lake lots that allow the use of the private Hidden Lake. Los Cielos Ranch is primarily forested, with some grass meadows and a private trout pond.
