Three Buttes, centrally located on the ranch, offers spectacular views of the valley to the north and the Goshen Hole to the south.

Lingle, Wyoming, is a small town located in the eastern part of the state. The town was founded in 1886 and was originally known as “Cactus.” The name was later changed to Lingle in honor of William Lingle, a local rancher who played a key role in the town’s early development. Despite its small size, Lingle has an incredible community, is rich in history, and is home to several notable landmarks. Other amenities include a K-12 public school system, a newer community center, a public park, and several small businesses. The town is also close to several recreational opportunities, including hiking, fishing, and hunting. Overall, Lingle offers a charming glimpse into Wyoming’s rich history and culture.

The well located at the west homesite has a depth of 520 feet, produces 25 gallons per minute (GPM), and had a new, variable speed 2-HP pump installed in 2018 to make stock watering more efficient.
The well located at the east homesite has a depth of 430 feet, produces 8 gallons per minute (GPM), and had a new 2-HP pump installed in 2016.
All water rights adjudicated and permitted to the property shall be transferred to the buyer at the time of closing.
All mineral rights appurtenant to the property and owned by the seller will convey to the buyer at closing. Mineral rights are not guaranteed. It is suggested that the buyer conduct a mineral search with a title company.
